One of these jars was fizzier than soda after 5 days! The other jar has some bubbles, but it's relatively flat compared to the other jar. Both jars smell and taste okay. It's pretty strange, but I'm just going allow the "flat" jar to keep culturing at room temperature. ~Eve

Acai bowls are all the rage here! This one has delicious yogurt on top! YUMMMM! A new and yummy way to use your homemade yogurt... and use water kefir or kombucha as your smoothie base, and voila! a delicious cultured breakfast! ~Erin

I finally did it! I fermented lemons! They are so beautiful. But, what shall I do with them? Time to get creative…since I don't want to rinse the salt off, I will have to think of some dishes that require salt, and not add any to the recipe. Hmmmmm... ~Jerri

My sourdough bread (gf) over-proofed and then collapsed in the oven. While we can't really use it for sandwiches, I have plans! Breadcrumbs!! Meatballs, breading for fish, fried chicken... How do you use baking flops? ~Sarah
