At T&S we have no menu. all dishes are prepare fresh and from scratch. We only purchase products that are in season. Our fish come from all over the world. One way to ensure our fish are fresh we only purchase whole fish, or live fish when available. We age all our beef in wet or dry age process. We marinate all our fish and steak grill them over 1100F. We fuse the best of the the French sauces with the best of the Asian spices. We have a register Dietitian on staff, all our pastries are gluten free, and only use Belgian process chocolate. Come and thrive with us, we are only as good as the last dish we made.

This seasonally-focused, menu-free eatery offers a chef's choice of international cuisine.- Google
"Well, their "sick soup" is a sure fire remedy and far better."
"It is impossible to be served a better Prime Rib for a better price anywhere."

The whole experience was different which i expected after reading online reviews. I really hoped for a good different but it turned out to be a not so good different. First there are no prices anywhere at the store/restaurant/art gallery. Its a very casual place, like eating at subway. He has wallets and blenders and other random stuff all over the place for sale. The menu online is completly false and innaccurate. Expect to pay at least double what it says. I had halibut and a soda, my wife had a steak and a soda. It was $80. A bit of a shock after looking at the online prices. Pros, food overall was ok, not great. My halibut was quite good. My wifes steak was between average and below average. A friend we were with had chicken pasta that we all agreed was terrible. It tasted like chef boy r d sauce on a ton of noodles with a couple bites of chicken. They dont ask how well done you like your steak. One other person with us ordered steak. His was half burned and half raw. The chef really pressures you to eat what he wants. I asked for ahi tuna, he said "you dont understand how it works here, i tell you what is fresh and that is the best thing to get." He said they ordered 38 lbs of halibut that came in today so that is what i should have. Pushy? Yes. I think the chef wants you to eat what he has available so it doesnt go bad and charges whatever amount he feels like depending on how much money he wants to make that night. Im glad the halibut was good but with 1 of the meals being terrible and 2 of the meals being below average i would definately not reccomend. No prices? Expensive. No thank you. I will not go here again.

Best tuna steak I've ever had! All of their entrees are delicious. A very different atmosphere than typical restaurants. If you can't tolerate the chef taking your order by asking what you want (20 questions style sans menu), while his child climbs up to his arms, then you may not have a good experience.

I'm highly disappointed with my experience that I had there where teenagers in the kitchen throwing fresh food around and the menu was non existing but when I searched it on line it was a $10-$12 plate restaurant the "owner" basically order for my date and I you could pick between seafood and meet we both chose meet and when we went to pay we where not told our total and he just swiped our card little did I know he charged me $70 for just the 2 plates. So if you go here be prepared to OVER PAY!

Unbelievably good food. The best prime rib I have ever eaten. personalized service. The chef comes to your table, sits down, chats for a minute, and then takes your order. Our favorite restaurant of all time.

Chef Hai was very friendly and talkative about the process he was doing and wanted to include me in the cooking experience. I got the NY Steak for me and the fiance and we absolutely loved it. We have paid $60 for a steak before and it was not even half as good. We will be going back to explore the ever-changing menu that he has.

As a visitor in town, I found this place on Google and decided to give it a shot. I was glad I did. Upon entering I wasn't sure what to expect with an eclectic collection of items in the building. My fears subsided quickly as the chef personally greeted me and guided me through the choices for the evening. Settling on steak and pasta fit the bill of my desire. I was presented with an AMAZING handcut, dry aged steak and a bowl of pasta that I should not have been able to finish, but couldn't stop eating. This is an experience that I could not soon forget. Thank you chef! The next time I am in SLC I WILL be back.

Chef Hai is great! We've been talking about our dinner experience at T&S for 6 months. When's the last time you did that?
