Thyme & Seasons Market Place
At T&S we have no menu. all dishes are prepare fresh and from scratch. We only purchase products that are in season. Our fish come from all over the world. One way to ensure our fish are fresh we only purchase whole fish, or live fish when available. We age all our beef in wet or dry age process. We marinate all our fish and steak grill them over 1100F. We fuse the best of the the French sauces with the best of the Asian spices. We have a register Dietitian on staff, all our pastries are gluten free, and only use Belgian process chocolate. Come and thrive with us, we are only as good as the last dish we made.

Best tuna steak I've ever had! All of their entrees are delicious. A very different atmosphere than typical restaurants. If you can't tolerate the chef taking your order by asking what you want (20 questions style sans menu), while his child climbs up to his arms, then you may not have a good experience.

You know when you're sick and all you want is chicken noodle soup? Well, their "sick soup" is a sure fire remedy and far better. It soothes your throat, and is loaded with a variety of vegetables and tender meat. Basically, you call (or go in) ask him for the "sick soup" and then he asks about your symptoms and goes from there. Its literally customized for your current ailment! Thyme and Seasons is my routine go-to for when I feel yucky. I might privately call him a "witch doctor" because of how magical his food is, but seriously - he is an all round, food miracle worker : )

Unbelievably good food. The best prime rib I have ever eaten. personalized service. The chef comes to your table, sits down, chats for a minute, and then takes your order. Our favorite restaurant of all time.

As a visitor in town, I found this place on Google and decided to give it a shot. I was glad I did. Upon entering I wasn't sure what to expect with an eclectic collection of items in the building. My fears subsided quickly as the chef personally greeted me and guided me through the choices for the evening. Settling on steak and pasta fit the bill of my desire. I was presented with an AMAZING handcut, dry aged steak and a bowl of pasta that I should not have been able to finish, but couldn't stop eating. This is an experience that I could not soon forget. Thank you chef! The next time I am in SLC I WILL be back.

My wife and I love to come here because it's so different. we explain what we are craving and so far it's been spot on. Food is great and reasonable priced.

Utah's best kept secret! The best food I've ever had (Sorry mom.) Everything is to die for! The steak was perfect, fish is always fresh due to their "Season Menu." Chef's table is where it's at. The variety of choices will quench any cravings that you have. I don't ever eat my greens but nothing is left on the plate when the salad comes out. Chef Hai is a culinary genius!
