Introduction

Jeffrey KaleFlagg is an American businessman and General Partner in the real estate development fund American Redevelopment Fund, LP. Additionally, Jeffrey Kale Flagg is the Chief Operating Officer of Array Asset Management, Stable Development and ReGenesis International.

Growing up in Honolulu, Hawaii, Jeffrey Kale Flagg knew early on that he wanted a career in business. After high school, this future executive attended Yale University where, in 1989, he earned a degree in Economics and Political Science. Shortly after graduation, Jeffrey Kale Flagg set off to begin what would become a long and lucrative career that would take him from Wall Street to San Francisco, Boston, Dallas and eventually Las Vegas and Reno.

Today, most of Flagg’s time is spent as Chief Operating Officer of Array Asset Management and General Partner of the American Redevelopment Fund.   Array Asset Management provides Service, Operations and Maintenance (SO&M) services for utility scale solar arrays across the globe.   An extremely innovative firm, AAM takes an asset management approach to PV oversight, which is drastically different then the cost-approach of virtually every other O&M (Operations and Maintenance) in the sector.

The American Redevelopment Fund is a $10mm redevelopment fund that sources, acquires, improves and then sells single family homes for profit in the Sacramento and Bay Area of California.  Splitting profit on a 50-50 basis with investors, American Redevelopment Fund has returned its investor-partners double-digit returns every year in existence.

Going back to 1991, Jeffrey Kale Flagg achieved his first official recognition in the business world when he rose to the position of National Marketing Director at National Safety Associates, a $200 million per year direct sales firm. After gaining extensive experience in sales, Jeffrey Kale Flagg transitioned into the position of Sales Trainer and Independent Business Owner for Equinox International. Here, Jeffrey Kale Flagg helped this start-up agency hit #1 on the Inc. 500 list, earning the distinction of becoming the #3 Top Money Earner.

After five successful years with Equinox, Jeffrey Kale Flagg made the decision to open his own direct marketing firm. As founder and CEO, Jeffrey Kale Flagg oversaw over 100,000 independent business owners and conducted sales seminars for up to 5,000 individuals on a monthly basis. By this point in his career, Jeffrey Kale Flagg had gained an in-depth understanding of sales and marketing and joined a well-established direct to consumer nutritional products provider, ReGenesis International, where he remains active and successful.

Alongside of ReGenesis, this multifaceted businessman also oversees operations at Stable Development, LLC. The Nevada-based real estate development agency provides shared equity, enabling tenants to actually own, rather than lease, office space for a minimal cash outlay while continuing to pay a competitive lease rate. Jeffrey Kale Flagg developed this business model with his business partner in Stable Development, Lance Bradford, as a creative alternative for business owners to own commercial real estate without any significant cash outlay. The firm acquires land, provides financing and capital, and constructs the building for clients. Currently, Jeffrey Kale Flagg and Stable Development manage over $120 million worth of commercial and medical office space.

Through Stable Development, Jeffrey Kale Flagg has been involved in a number of advanced medical facility launches. Notably, Stable provided the initial office space for Eternity Medicine Institute, LLC. Eternity now provides health services to aging patients in both Dubai and Los Angeles. Flagg has also provided consulting services to Wall Street’s financial services sector.

While Jeffrey Kale Flagg is a serious and determined businessman, his first passion is his family. He and wife Edwina have four children and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling internationally. Flagg has studied many languages and speaks both Russian and French fluently, as well as reading Hebrew. Jeffrey Kale Flagg resides in Reno, Nevada, where he and his family are active in their religious and secular communities.
