Had a great time with friends. First time playing and it was a great experience. Friendly staff. First-time player's orientation was simple, short and very informational about the game rules (Do's and Don'ts). Friendly referees; they listen to player's suggestions on what type of game, or scenario they want to play, etc.

Terrible customer service, OK fields. Their paint is rediculously expensive plus a fee to bring your own. There was literally one employee who I found at all helpfull. He was the taller and older Ref helping the walkons. However the younger and chubby Ref was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. For the most part all the Refs seemed unprofessional and dissorganized, resulting in everyone standing around not playing for way to long. The people in the pro shop were not any better. Not helpful and also with a condescending attitude, though not as bad as that little chubby Ref. The best part of the place are the fields, however the Ref shuttle the walkons around like cattle to different fields each time. On several occasions other players and groups cut in front as all the walkons just sat there. I could get over the high cost of paint and fees, however they need to improve their customer service as a whole. Especially the Refs, they need better and more of them so walkon players can have access to several fields.

I purchased vouchers for Operation Paintball in advance, but upon arriving i was informed that they would not honor the vouchers and good luck on a refund. The owner of the establishment was quite rude. I got the impression that business was good enough and he could care less if i stayed or left. I have played there before but will not be returning again. There is a ten dollar charge per person for bringing your own paint. If you buy paint there they have a huge markup, twice the cost if you bought it in a store. Pros: fun courses to play on. Cons: bad business practices, rude employees, expensive paint. You decide if its worth it.

I came in with a few buddies and a Groupon. Left with some well earned bruises and a desire to come back - so much so that I got another groupon a few weeks later! The staff were nice, the guns were in good condition and the courses were interesting. I'm a complete newbie and everyone treated me great.

Great place to play when the fields are dry! Appeals to both new players and tourney players.

We took five 11 & 12 year olds there for a birthday party. We had never done paintball, and were a little leary about how they would fare with the adults. All in all they had a great time, and most of the other players were nice (there were a couple of A$$holes). Operation Paintball is out in the middle of the woods, so most of the fields are amongst the trees and other obstacles. The fields are set up well, and we had several referees available throughout the day. There were no issues, and everyone had a good time. The rental gear seemed decent - they all worked with no issues. $20 got us a mask w/goggles, a gun, and 200 paintballs. These would've lasted a couple of rounds, but we ended up spending another $60 for a box of 2000 more balls.
