Hi @miss Haa,

the first one ㄱ is for 'G' sound and the next one ㅋ is for 'K' sound. It might sound similar when you hear them for the first time, but G of Gorilla is the sound for 'ㄱ' and K for 'Koala' is the sound for ㅋ.
