Billy Davis a Two-tour Vietnam Veteran, served four years in the United States Navy. He served two terms as an Arizona State Senator. He has decades of high-level, international connections. He has been the CEO of numerous companies, resort developer and long-time Bahamian landowner and developer.
“Billy has won a reputation as someone who gets things done. Always a man of action, he has an ability to motivate others into sharing his vision.” He spends much of his time in The Bahamas.
Billy is married to the former Billie J Johnson Davis; they have three grown children and five grandchildren.
They currently live in Atlanta, Georgia.
•Billy Davis was elected to serve in the Arizona State Senate for two terms. In the 1980’s many notable people were elected officials in or from the State of Arizona. Senator Barry Goldwater, Senator John McCain, first as Congressman, then Senator, then Presidential candidate, Senator and then Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Conner, Vice President Dan Quayle, Senator John Kyl and Governors Bruce Babbit and Jan Brewer.
Appointed by the Arizona State Senate to Represent the State to the Republic of Taiwan.
Mr. Davis was invited to several African Countries, meeting with Heads of State and Tribal Chieftains. He has visited Presidential Palaces and spent nights in the bush.
Mr. Davis worked with the transition of the Republic of Togo from a Dictatorial Government to Democratic Free Elections at the request of former Togolese President Gnassingbe EYADEMA. Many systematic violations of human rights were found throughout the country.
•Mr. Davis has lobbied to change laws, sponsored new legislation, and acted as public relations point man for several clients.
•Mr. Davis has served as Chief Executive Officer of numerious companies.
•Mr. Davis has worked for and traveled on behalf of numerous companies building relationships.
•Mr. Davis has traveled world wide in endevaors as a “Human Rights Activist”.
Mickey Mantle and Senator Davis worked together for over two years to provide the people of Sun City West, Arizona the Del Webb Memorial Hospital.
•Mr. Davis was one of the twelve members to take the Arizona Vietnam Memorial from an idea to a reality, constructed at the State Capital in Phoenix at a cost upward of two million dollars, much of which was donated.

Mr. Davis was chosen to represent the State of Arizona to The Republic of China, meeting with many Heads of Government. He made visits to mainland China and other Pacific Rim and Asian Countries. He has provided assistance to business development in the Pacific Rim Countries.
•Mr. Davis was chosen in 1989 to represent business development to the country of Paraguay with other business and political leaders.
•Mrs. and Senator Davis have traveled throughout the world arranging parties who are interested in Business Relationships. His travels include discussions with individuals interested in business involvement in countries other than their own.
•Mr. Davis has worked on several State and National Political Campaigns. He has personally been associated with and worked with many public individuals.
•Mr. Davis serves on the Republican National Committee.
•Mr. Davis has acted as Tour Escort and Corporate Representative to a number of Countries, Conventions and Travel Tours including Medica, the worlds largest medical convention in Dusseldorf, Germany.
•Mr. Davis has worked with several Asian countries through SEABIC "Southeast Asian Business Information Center".
•Business and political involvement has allowed Mr. Davis to visit most of Europe and many of the former Soviet Bloc Countries. He has arranged business endeavors with several Pacific Rim and Southeast Asian Countries. He has traveled throughout Central and several South American Countries. He has traveled throughout the Caribbean.
•Mr. Davis received an Honorary “Doctor of Humanity” Degree from Trinity Seminary and College in 1983.
•He has been instrumental in taking companies public; one of which he founded and served as CEO for eight years; a resort development company with multiple offices and resorts in several states.
•Mr. Davis currently is a developer of land for Resort Development on Rum Cay and other islands in The Bahamas.

Mr. Davis attended The Universities of Tennessee and South Carolina. He graduated from Hyles-Anderson College, Hammond, Indiana.
While serving as an Arizona State Senator in 1983, Billy Davis was invited to travel to The Bahamas for a Tax Seminar. At that time, besides being a State Senator, Billy owned a home building company and a number of parcels of land in Arizona.
Flying from Phoenix through Ft Lauderdale, Billy Davis stopped off to visit a high school friend, who was a real estate broker.
On the visit he was told about tracts of beachfront property on Rum Cay that was available. Billy paid the money into escrow with his new Nassau Attorney. He liked the property and decided to go forward with the timely payments and completed the transaction some years later.
