A great place for a really good burger. This is not a fast food place, so expect to pay higher prices than you might elsewhere for a hamburger, but it's worth it. The truffle fries are delicious, as well. Their location is terrific; on a warm day just grab a spot on the covered patio and watch the people of Greenville walk by.

Will not go back..... Only reason i gave it two stars was due to the service. Burgers were nothing special, onion rings were way over cooked and WAY TO EXPENSIVE ($50 for two adults and a child to eat)........................ Took over an HOUR to get our food after ordering!!!! Should have just went to Five Guys...

We went on a busy Sunday afternoon. The food was excellent! Their burgers are seared with the logo and so juicy. Love their sweet potato fries!! I don't think I'd pay $6.00 for a milkshake though--nothing special about them. Their wait staff needs some organization. They seemed to be training a lot of new workers.

BEST Chicken Corn Chowder I've ever had. Everything is better with bacon, but this is phenomenal. Great burgers too!

Here's my take on this establishment: For an already crowded downtown area, they have no parking for the business which it has a parking lot right beside the restaurant. No biggie. (Go to the church around the corner - problem solved). We didnt get silverware and the table was dirty in which another hostess brought us some 20 mins later but the waiter who took us to the table promptly cleaned thr table and apologized before we were seated. The tables are small and not a lot of space. They do however have outlets with USB ports to charge your phone. Thats classy. Will update after I get my meal. Milkshakes are expensive but moderate....(7:57 pm 10/25/15)........ Food was ok. Had the Foghorn Leghorn and the Firehouse. Lot of bread the meat should have followed suit. Not bad but not too much also........

The food, first of all, was OUTSTANDING. I had the chocolate chili bacon milkshake. It was so good! I also had a burger with bacon and pepper jack, best burger i've ever had. Then, one meber of our group wasn't feeling well and vomited Krispy Kreme doughnuts from earlier all over the floor. They cleaned it! Let me repeat, they cleaned it and were very understanding. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD!

Let's start with positives... The food was good so kudos to the kitchen staff. Now... We were excited to try this restaurant after seeing it from the road with outdoor seating and misting sprayers on the patio looked like a pretty cool place to stop and eat. However things took an immediate turn for the worse. We were sat in face firing direct sunlight to kick it off, we waited 15 mins before I had to get up and go ask the hostess if she had sat us in a server less section. No apology offered she just went to find one, another 5 mins passed before Miss Personality arrived. No smile, no enthusiasm, just there to get a pay check I can only assume. Ordered my appetizer and I was fixing to order my entree I looked up and Miss Personality was making a B-line for kitchen, confused but pretty fed up by this point I just decided to settled for my app. It came out wrong (of course it did) finally corrected and if we hadn't asked about our milkshakes there's no telling who would've ended up drinking those damn things. 20+ waiters/waitresses and nobody knew if they were coming or going. The most disorganized business I have ever witnessed. In my honest opinion I wouldn't eat here even if I owned it...

Here's the scoop on Grill Marks: Keep your wallet in mind that everything is a la carte, like a Ruth Chris. (and no lunch specials offered) My burger with a side of white truffle fries was $17.00! The burger was good but a lot of bread and little meat. Grill Marks may be suitable for downtown Greenville folks but they're building a new location in Columbia, my hometown. Their management will need to re-think their menu prices if they want to succeed in Columbia, an already saturated burger market.
