Thank you for letting everyone see and hear some of your process. The way you are using Push now is a goal for me; riffing and comping and improvising as if were no different from a hand drum or a guitar or a keyboard.
Thanks for the inspirado!

This so silly, but I'd like to use the Necromongers as a very simple and obvious example. "You keep what you kill" is their doctrine. QED.

Here is some free gold. Herein lies the secret to individual/hybrid funk mastery. Of course, as a guy who spent months trying to get ONE of Segovia's Sor studies to REALLY explore the independance of the lines...
All I'm sayin' is you can't unsee it, and get ready to either play A MILLION TONS, or to just settle on being one of those "guitar guys."

I'm looking forward to the day when atheism in general and secular humanism specifically becomes the "default social operating system." [Or at least some form of humanism - a system that judges the value of human life and the reality of the human condition to be equal or above the needs of the supernatural.] Then maybe we can stop wasting resources on these useless arguments about who can marry whom and should we teach mythology as science ("teach the controversy"). I'll be glad when "non-atheists" reach the point where they "trust atheists enough" so we can have open atheists running for political office. Or, you know, just working at the grocery store without being harassed.
Perhaps then we can get down to the real work of making ALL of our lives on this planet as free, prosperous, and full of wonder and meaning as is reasonably, humanly possible.

Violence isn't the only way. However, sometimes, depending on the resources available, direct, naked aggression is the BEST way.
It sucks, and I went through it several times as a very young child. As a teenager and adult, not so much. There is a reason. The reason was that by the time I was 12, I was not afraid to fight. Even if I knew I'd catch a beating, I was willing to do so for myself and my friends. Oh, the vagaries of the human animal!
Si vis pacem, para bellum.
Thank you for another GREAT video!
