Brother Saquan...I never owned before I had kids.  The very reason why you hate guns is the very reason why I bought and became versed in using one.  It's purely a defensive measure.  My family understands the seriousness and reason why we have a gun in the house and road trip with one. Should I encounter a situation in my house or on the road, with my wife and kids, I will not win a gunfight with my fists.  These are desperate time.  The media covered examples are testament to people who mainly acquired guns by illegal means and/ or are of unstable mindsets....nevertheless Nupe...keep speaking on.  I enjoy your commentary

I have attended several functions at this Doubletree Hilton. The catering has always been delicious and appreciable variety. A big hit with the kids had always been the indoor and outdoor pools. Together with the permanent tent area it provides a great flexibility for year round enjoyment.

This hotel location, while comfortable, does not approach the level of "finish" that I typically expect from Embassy Suites. This appears to be another hotel chain that was rebranded. Also, simply things like robes and bath slippers are not in the room, by default. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious. The staff is very courteous and helpful

We've been going here for the past 18 years! I'm a picky person when it comes to food and service. Lisa, Dave and the team are awesome! They ensure that every dining experience is to everyone's total satisfaction. Or kids have grown up on Brig's cuisine.. ever since in vitro.

Great location.. Just walking distance from our event. The hotel is not as new as other Marriott properties at which we've stayed. However, they did a good job of remodeling it.

This has been a comfortable stay so far, for the price point. The location is easily accessible from the highway and the event location. There are several good area restaurants, like Sushi Mama. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Free Wi-Fi is a good plus. The gym is not very extensive. You'd have to get creative to get a decent workout. All in all a good value for your money.

Really unique hotel stay. The pineapple experience sets The Maxwell Hotel apart as a boutique.. from the individual naked bed to the free popcorn and unique furniture.

We are usually a Hilton Brand family when we stay at hotels domestically. We decided to follow our friends and stay here for this trip. We were pleasantly surprised to experience the same level of hospitality. The bed was not as comfortable but getting a suite for the same price of a regular room was a bonus. Other bonuses included an extra TV and a kitchenette. Overall a good stay.
