Back in 2015, Reggie Bush fell on a strip of exposed concrete behind the visiting team's bench at Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis and suffered a season-ending knee injury. Calling the strip a "concrete ring of death," Bush sued the team in 2016, claiming the Rams were negligent for the dangerous conditions that led to his torn lateral meniscus. #tornlateralmeniscus

On Tuesday, a St. Louis jury ordered the Rams—who now play in Los Angeles—to pay Bush $4.95 million compensatory damages and $7.5 million in punitive damages. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the jury found the Rams to be 100 percent liable for Bush's injury.

"I'm very happy with the verdict," Bush said after the decision was announced. "The people spoke and decided very fairly." #reggiebush #rams #kneeinjury

Five years after the fatal car crash that killed Paul Walker, the widow of the late driver of the car has reached a settlement with Porsche.

Kristine Rodas, the wife of Roger Rodas, settled her appeal with the carmaker and the case has been dismissed, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

Roger was driving a Porsche Carrera GT on November 30, 2013, when it skidded off the road and hit a tree, killing both Roger and Paul.

Kristine sued Porsche soon after but lost. However, upon filing an appeal, claiming that faulty mechanics caused the crash, she settled with the car company.

Paul’s daughter Meadow also filed a lawsuit against Porsche and settled her case last year. She also settled with the driver’s estate for $10.1 million. #caraccidents #lawsuits

Cuoco’s attorneys said the 2016 incident was an “unavoidable” and wasn’t caused by Cuoco. They further argued if Teruya was “damaged in any manner whatsoever, that said damage was a direct and result of intervening and superseding actions on the part of other parties and/or third parties.” what do you think all?

The scene this morning at Flatbush and Fulton. How fast must one drive an SUV in order to knock a lamppost off its foundation? What happens when there’s no fixed object to stop your momentum before striking pedestrians on the sidewalk? #Brooklyn #Flatbush
