Ah pancakes. All the more reason to get up in the morning. LIKE if you’d get out of bed for these.

Introduction

Browns Brasserie and Bar opened its first restaurant in 1973 and has since been providing delicious food and cocktails in elegant surroundings with a stylish buzz.

Each Browns Brasserie and Bar location is full of history and character with great attention to detail and staff are happy to share their in-depth knowledge of the Browns heritage and menus. Browns Brasserie and Bar Bristol was once the city’s museum, art gallery and University dining rooms, and the Manchester restaurant was once occupied by Parrs Bank, with opulent marbled walls.

The menus and specials are carefully crafted using exceptional ingredients and chefs are chosen for their talent, passion and flair. From Lobster Nights to delicious Pie Platters, fresh salads with the perfect combination of flavours to indulgent rich desserts like Salted caramel profiteroles and Bitter chocolate brownie, there’s food for every occasion.

Visit the restaurants for a glass of Champagne or a signature cocktail, all shaken and stirred by thoughtful experts with equal measures of skill and enthusiasm. Classics such as Mojito and Bellini or unusual creations such as Morning Marmalade and Rose Garden, are perfect for a celebration with friends and leave guests feeling truly wined and dined.
