Purchased a used M37 I found on the web site last week at Glendale Infiniti. They honored the price listed online only after calling to verify the price before going in. Our sales person Katie was easy to deal with, professional, and made us feel comfortable. Not one bit pushy. She is the main reason we didn't walk out the door and go somewhere else. We came in with our own financing and were already sold on the specific vehicle. We should have been in and out but ended up spending 5 hours there! The finance department kept holding up our paperwork. We threatened to walk out and magically our paperwork was ready. Would I go there again and recommend? Yes, just have your own financing, call and verify the price, remember the names of the people you talk to and ask for Katie Beebe.

Worst experience ever! Negotiated the terms with salesperson Mario over the phone (had everything documented via texting), he mentioned that everything was approved by manager Tony. I went to the Dealership to get the car, got the worst customer service by KD as Mario was not there (although Mario texted me 2 minutes before I entered the Dealership and never mentioned that he was gonna leave). Long story short, they wasted my time and didn't honor their offer. Stay away from these organization!

This dealership is something else... A year ago I was shopping for a car, and when walked to this dealership a lady greeted us and made it sound like they have what we need in inventory and the color we wanted. believing in her we walked out and came back at night to close the deal only to see that the available model is a sedan and not a coupe and she said she had no idea taht was the case which is BS. Just recently while servicing my Q50 this dealerships Director "FIXED" my wiggling window with his hands instead of having a tech look at it because "they are backed up" well that window fix didnt last long. furthermore, i had an issue with an odor in the Q50 everyone knows this and infiniti has issued a bulletin to fix this, and the guy refused to service it saying thats coming from the filter another lie. This is the worst dealership... oh wait EVER!

I never knew leasing a car could so fast and hassle free.. Went in few days ago just to shop around and see what will catch my eye, wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. When I got in, I came across one of their employees, Sepan, very nice and sweet gentleman. He had patience like no other to deal with me and my indecisiveness. He helped me choose the car that would fit me the best, worked with my budget and got me an amazing deal. All of my paper works were done in no time. It wasn't anything like at other dealers, sitting there for hours and getting no where.. Very quick and easy process, very helpful staff.. Once again, big thank you to Sepan for helping me out that day.

This dealer ship is a joke. Their Finance department toys with their customer like they are second hand toys not worthy for donations. Find another Infiniti dealer to do your business with and save yourself the headache that you will be willing to pay a little more for and not have to go though with all the BS they give you for the joke of a cost savings they say they are giving you.

I went car shopping for the first time in my life last weekend and I couldn't have been happier. My experience was by far the best. One stop shop. If you want excellent service and a great deal,make sure you ask ONLY for Sipan. He knows what he's doing. I wouldn't have gone home with a car that day if it weren't for him. My dad was even happy, so imagine.

I had a great experience buying a used Prius at this dealership. I found the vehicle online and called to verify it was there. I arrived, test drove the vehicle, worked out a deal on my trade in and was driving home my new car in just a couple hours.

I bought an FX35 which literally took ALL DAY to do the paperwork. Then I went to trade the FX35 in for an FX50S – they were supposed to pay off my previous lease which took them FOUR MONTHS and me hounding them also messing up my credit. I recently tried to buy a new car at another dealership and when they ran the Carfax on the FX50S there were MULTIPLE errors. The main of which being an odometer discrepancy which red flagged it as a rollback warning. Also there were three occasions where it said my car was offered for sale and was definitely not. I drove directly to Glendale Infiniti wanting them to fix the Carfax. Spoke with their finance guy saying he'll check into it. Days pass not hearing anything so I call them and apparently the guy I JUST spoke to 'no longer works there'?! Sketchy. Talking to the new finance guy he snottily reassures me he's working on it. I gave up relying on them and contacted Carfax myself (which was an incredible pain in the ass. They don't have a phone number and you just have to wait around for someone to respond via email.) Needless to say avoid this place at all costs! Seeing a lot of the other reviews as well as my own experiences I have no idea how a place like this says in business.
