This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Not only was Sepan Zakarian knowledgeable on all Infinit's make and models he took us around all the cars in the dealership to let me choose the one best for me. Sepan was very hospitible with keeping us hydrated on a very hot day. There was no haggling over model, color or financing. I told Glendale Infiniti what I wanted and what I could afford and the deal was made. Sepan made sure we were comfortable and happy the entire day. We will definitely be back when my 2 year lease is over and we will surely stay in the Infiniti Family!! What a great Sales Manager. :)

Excellent Service and prices. Barry Wishengrad and his sales people have been helping me for years. His business is exceptionally clean, organized and staffed with professional people. I always feel like a V.I.P. when I walk through the doors. However, that's just part of the story... ...Glendale Infiniti takes great care of their customers after buying the car, too. They call you periodically to make sure you are happy. And, when it comes to the regular servicing, I would never take my precious cars to anyone else. Oh, and while my cars are being serviced, Glendale Infiniti allows me to use one of their loaner-cars. This is typically a time when I get to explore the newer lines of cars that Infiniti has to offer. It has happened more than once that I liked the loaner vehicle so much that I later purchased a similar model when it was time to buy another car. I guess that is what happens when you are treated like you are part of the family...Why else would I shop anywhere else than Glendale Infiniti? They take care of all my needs and their prices are always the lowest around.

Eric Sabre, Leslie Aguilar and Diego Cervantes helped me get the car I wanted at the price I needed with the conditions that would give me piece of mind. The purchase process started like most dealers out there (I hate that part), but in the end they really came through with an extended warranty that fulfills my need and the monthly payment I could really afford, but more importantly finance with bad credit when most dealers in the area had told me "nobody would do business with you with this credit." Thank You Glendale Infiniti!

This is how luxury line dealership should be!!!! Pleasant expericance through out the deal. This was my 3rd infiniti dealership. Glendale won me by far on product knowlege and the inventory...

I was looking to do a trade-in with my 2012 Civic Coupe, and after Celia showed me the G37 I was ready to do so. Unfortunately, the over/under price was too much and my monthly payment was too high for me at the moment, but I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good car at a great price. Look for Celia, she's great!

WORST dealership EVER!! I wish I can give zero stars! I've walked in sunday evening to test drive an infiniti ex35. There were about 5-6 sales men standing around in a circle. When I asked them if I can go for a test drive, one of them ( big, blond white dude His name might be Chris) asked if I was ready to buy today. I said no but I'm in the process of filtering my choices. Right then, four of them stepped away. The last two remaining, an Asian dude and a white dude, didn't want to go for the test drive. Finally, the white dude told me that they are not allow to put mileage on these "expensive" cars and told me to come back when I was ready to buy. HOW THE HELL DO I KNOW IF I WANT THAT CAR WITHOUT TEST DRIVING!!! How RUDE is it to turn customer away just because I am not buying that day? why the HELL would I go back there if another dealership will treat me right? DO NOT GO THERE because they will treat you like SHT even though you are willing to spend 40K on a car!
