Geeky..sure! But I love my hand made Doctor Who scarf that my wife made. It is a scaled down (12 foot) version of Tom Bakers season 1 scarf.

You can not lead by example, unless you yourself know what that example looks like.. ~ me

Story
Tagline
"Learning to lead one day at a time starting with myself" In order to lead by example you must first know what that example is. Be it as a father, a spouse, a manager or team member.
Introduction
My name is Robert Shaw. I am father, husband, leader, manager, agile evangelist who loves to play a mediocre guitar.

I mange software development teams for Frontline Technologies in Exton PA where my current focus be becoming a developer of talents and a manager with integrity. It is a daily learning curve, but the better i can define my personal, professional mission statement, the better I can service my teams.

Agile ~ I love process.. yeah I am funny like that.
I always have probably always will. I started as a Rational RUP consultant and now live and breathe Agile (Scrum and Kanban). There is something about the subtle interplay of process an people that makes it fascinating. The fact that two processes run identically will have two outcomes(Sucess/Fail) means that the process itself is irrelevant. It is the people within the process that will tilt the favor one way or another.

I am sure I have more to say about me.. but will have to come back later and finish this.
