We saw Avengers Age of Ultron here the weekend the theater re-opened, and WOW. Everyone was super nice, the place was clean, and the theaters are super cozy. The seats are all red leatherish-ish cushioned 2-seaters with a fold-up armrest in the middle. You can reserve your seats beforehand, too. We saw a matinee for $9 on a Saturday but I think regular evening tickets go for around $10 or $11. Considering theaters this nice in NoVa charge $14 and downtown DC theaters typically charge $12+ before the commute or parking, we're incredibly excited to have this one within 10 minutes of our house in MD. And because it's in a mall, there are lots of food and shopping options for before or after the movie. The older negative reviews bear NO resemblance to the experience we had, so give this amazing theater a shot!

The bathrooms were nice, and they're the cheapest theater in town, but that's about all they've got going for them. Probably the worst moviegoing experience I've ever had. The movie was excellent (the Dark Knight Rises), but I've had better video quality from youtube. To say it was blurry doesn't cut it- there were times when I could not read text on the screen or even distinguish actors' faces in the background. The audio system was also... well less than par. I have surround sound connected to my laptop that sounds better- they didn't even have surround sound. The service was also not great, it took far too long to purchase tickets, and we had to find the correct theater on our own. As a film buff, I already go to the theater rarely because of the industry's inflated prices, but I'll pay the extra couple of bucks to go to a theater where I can enjoy myself- I recommend the reader do the same.

Like a ghost town... no one there! Including the projectionist; previous movie ended 20 min late, and then... nothing. Just a black screen. Got a refund, and went home to watch a DVD.

This was the worst experience I ever had. Had to waited an hour for the movie to start and they dont have many selection at all. My family and I went to purchase tickets just for them to tell me that the movie i want to see has no AC. So I ask how hot is it , she said like stuffy hot went in there and it was like the had the heat on. My family was disappointed because we really waited to see the movie for them to give us bad news they wasnt accomodating at all for their incovience and then you see the employees sitting aroung texting and walking in out of the thetare like they didnt have no work to be done. Their uniformed wasnt neat or up to par they where sloppy.I wouldnt recommend this theatre to no one. VERY POOR SERVICES AND DISSATIFIED CUSTOMER

Despicable Me 2 was posted on there website to run July 2, 2013 at 7pm. When my grandchildren and I arrived at River town, I was informed the movie would not be playing until 10pm. When I asked why, the attendant just look in the opposite direction.
