I went to the Oakville location for the first time to get my lip fillers redone. The women was very helpful and knew exactly what needed to be done to correct the balance from my last procedure at a different clinic. The women how does injecting was previously a nurse and has been doing injections for 6 years as of now. She was very gentle! I am very happy with the results and will for sure be returning in the future. :)

Really enjoy the Soprano for laser hair removal, no pain compared to my previous IPL hair removal treatments at another spa!

I see that there are many in-depth reviews discussing the apparent "atrocities" happening, but I am here to tell you of the exact opposite. People online love to criticize and critic companies for not being up to their personal high-standards even when they get a Groupon deal as if they are royalty. Let me set the record straight of my NON-GROUPON experience at this wonderful clinic with special mention to Sohir, who takes care of all my treatments. First of all, their laser technology is top of the line with laser hair removal through using the Soprano machine by Alma Lasers. This machine is FAST and PAINLESS, and I have been getting excellent results on my back and chest areas. Second, they are busy, but always accommodate and are very friendly. People were whining about no parking, well is that the companies fault? Have you also been down town Toronto recently? Third of all, I have been to two other medical spas in Mississauga, one of which went out of business, and the other took my money and did the midnight run! So if you guys have the audacity to complain about a place with good laser technology and chandeliers, then I have the audacity to tell you that you're crazy when you compare them to their competitors. Sohir to me has been amazing and very sweet throughout the whole process. I am happy they tell me about all of their services, and if it wasn't for that, then my son wouldn't have had any solution to get rid of his acne besides acutane which is EXTREMELY brutal.

I do have to agree with many of the comments here about the poor customer service. I had purchased an online Groupon deal, and although they have been fulfilling the deal up until this point (I still have a few months left), the owner is anything but friendly. I have always been on time for appointments, I've always pre-booked my next appointment before I leave, but for some reason, they seem to not have me slotted in for the that particular day and time. I have shown up 3 times for appointments that I have booked with them, only to be told that I wasn't in their system that day. They are not consistent with their confirmation phone calls a few days prior to your appointment, so I have now resorted to calling them myself to confirm that my appointment is indeed in their system before I drive all the way over there. There is never any apology for their mistake, no ownership is ever taken on their part. A few of the practitioners are nice, but there are some that need an attitude adjustment. On my very first appointment, my practitioner asked that I wash my hands and face. While in the process of doing so, the owner walks in (without knocking), rushes over to me and accuses me of wasting water. She shuts the faucet off and walks out. No joke, this actually happened. Needless to say, I was taken aback and just shocked. Spas are supposed to be welcoming and relaxing, a place to de-stress and unwind. The owner and some employees at LightTouch are most certainly not concerned with these things. It is clear that all they are looking for is your money with no desire to have you come back again as a repeat customer. The owner continues to use poor business acumen. After I get my money's worth out of the Groupon deal, I will never set foot in this place again and the owner can be sure that I will be letting my friends and associates know to do the same.

Great experience at this Med Spa. I used to go to vitality and they really overcharge and treat you like dirt. At LightTouch, the customer service is much better and their lasers are THE BEST. I hope all people try out their soprano for laser hair removal. Lucy

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I could. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I also bought a laser hair removal coupon from Groupon, and EVERY single appointment they would try and sell me something. Every time I went, it was like they had never seen me before because they would offer me the same acne laser facial treatment for $500 or they would ask if I have health insurance because they can put some procedures through that apparently. The owner is so rude and I honestly have no idea how she is still in business. Unprofessionalism at its finest. They are completely motivated by money and could care less about you or your treatment. Not to mention, the laser hair removal sucks... I went for 5 or 6 treatments as recommended by them and I swear nothing changed. I am still shaving or using Nair. PS. There is NO parking.

Response from the owner - a year ago
Natasha we are sorry you feel cross selling of services is bothersome, howver, we just had a customer who wrote a 4 star review and said he would have given us a 5 star revew but he didnt feel we cross sold services at all to him. Interesting the different viewpoints. Regaring your laser hair removal, you may require an additional package if your hair has not fully reduced. We use the Sopramo laser by Alma laser and this is considered the gold standard technology in the hair removal industry

Very interesting that my review was taken down, or it is again just so that maybe I can help a couple of people not waste their money. I purchased a groupon/wagjag for laser hair removal and when I went to the spa I was very disappointed with what I was presented with. Firstly, the customer service from the owner with appalling. She was dismissive and quite rude. When I was setting up my appointment, I was completely ignored while she sat on the phone, granted I was 6 minutes late but wasn't given the opportunity to explain. When she did speak, she spoke to her employee explaining that "she" (meaning me) would have to wait until later for her appointment.Apparently I am not worthy enough of being addressed directly or by name My second appointment was equally as frustrating. I arrived 20 minutes early to where I checked in with one of the employees and was instructed to sit down. in that 30 minutes the owner never once acknowledged me or apologized for their tardiness. When I was finally addressed by the lovely employee it was her not the owner who apologized for being late. The owner instructed to "take her" (meaning me again, still not worthy of a name) to the back room. Luckily for several reasons I was able to get a refund on the voucher. I would encourage this spa to think twice about offering Groupon or Wagjag vouchers if you are planning to demean and or disregard the people who buy them. Either that or would encourage the owner to take a class in customer service and etiquette. What a shame because the employees were actually quite nice.
