I do have to agree with many of the comments here about the poor customer service. I had purchased an online Groupon deal, and although they have been fulfilling the deal up until this point (I still have a few months left), the owner is anything but friendly. I have always been on time for appointments, I've always pre-booked my next appointment before I leave, but for some reason, they seem to not have me slotted in for the that particular day and time. I have shown up 3 times for appointments that I have booked with them, only to be told that I wasn't in their system that day. They are not consistent with their confirmation phone calls a few days prior to your appointment, so I have now resorted to calling them myself to confirm that my appointment is indeed in their system before I drive all the way over there. There is never any apology for their mistake, no ownership is ever taken on their part. A few of the practitioners are nice, but there are some that need an attitude adjustment. On my very first appointment, my practitioner asked that I wash my hands and face. While in the process of doing so, the owner walks in (without knocking), rushes over to me and accuses me of wasting water. She shuts the faucet off and walks out. No joke, this actually happened. Needless to say, I was taken aback and just shocked. Spas are supposed to be welcoming and relaxing, a place to de-stress and unwind. The owner and some employees at LightTouch are most certainly not concerned with these things. It is clear that all they are looking for is your money with no desire to have you come back again as a repeat customer. The owner continues to use poor business acumen. After I get my money's worth out of the Groupon deal, I will never set foot in this place again and the owner can be sure that I will be letting my friends and associates know to do the same.

Horrible customer service if you bought through Groupon. The worse that happened was today: I called the place to cancel because I have pink eye. And the lady told me that if I cancel, my 1 year contract would be changed to 11 months. I told her then I would be going even with pink eye. She tells me she won't let me in. So I tell her that's fine, just re-schedule to another day, but it's not fair to change my contract to 11 months. I told her I understand there’s the 48 hours policy but I just woke up with pink eye today. We started a discussion that I can go today, if I have to be penalized for not going, I will go. But it’s better to change the date. She tells me I won’t go today and I will be penalized. She just tells me that "Life is not fair" and because I have been giving too much work for her, she will cancel all my contact because she can do this whenever she wants. She hang out and doesn't answer my calls anymore.

My girlfriend is currently having IPL hair removal service at LightTouch in Oakville. She has had other laser treatments elsewhere and nothing compares to the service she is receiving now. She was nervous about having painful laser treatment and was thrilled with the painless IPL treatment offered at LightTouch. The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for painless hair removal, I highly recommend LightTouch in Oakville.

Very poor service for anyone that purchased a GroupOn or similar deal for laser hair removal. They sold several thousand of these laser hair removal deals but are so booked that they cannot schedule everyone within the 6-8 weeks (as is required and as it says on the deal). I asked to be put on a waiting list for any cancellations, and they said they don't really do that. I asked to prebook my appointments months in advance and they also said they don't do that. Bottom line, they are not meeting the requirements of the deal because I can't get my laser appointment booked without waiting for weeks!!! The turnover is also very high at, seems everytime I do manage to get an appointment, its a new person doing my laser.

We've been listening....., however, we have not sold thousands of coupons, and have now three machines at this location with plenty of scheduling flexibility. All machines are also under one year old.

Very interesting that my review was taken down, or hidden....here it is again just so that maybe I can help a couple of people not waste their money. I purchased a groupon/wagjag for laser hair removal and when I went to the spa I was very disappointed with what I was presented with. Firstly, the customer service from the owner with appalling. She was dismissive and quite rude. When I was setting up my appointment, I was completely ignored while she sat on the phone, granted I was 6 minutes late but wasn't given the opportunity to explain. When she did speak, she spoke to her employee explaining that "she" (meaning me) would have to wait until later for her appointment.Apparently I am not worthy enough of being addressed directly or by name My second appointment was equally as frustrating. I arrived 20 minutes early to where I checked in with one of the employees and was instructed to sit down. in that 30 minutes the owner never once acknowledged me or apologized for their tardiness. When I was finally addressed by the lovely employee it was her not the owner who apologized for being late. The owner instructed to "take her" (meaning me again, still not worthy of a name) to the back room. Luckily for several reasons I was able to get a refund on the voucher. I would encourage this spa to think twice about offering Groupon or Wagjag vouchers if you are planning to demean and or disregard the people who buy them. Either that or would encourage the owner to take a class in customer service and etiquette. What a shame because the employees were actually quite nice.

Light Touch is the best laser med spa I've been to. The staff is friendly, efficient and I am always greeted with a smile. Their pain free lasers are the best that I've seen and my treatment has been successful every time. I highly recommend making an appointment here if your looking for the best laser hair removal treatment around.

Just had my second laser tattoo removal treatment. Great results so far........they have two different lasers, so it seems they have all the right equipment to get rid of this...... Would recommend coming here if you want to get rid of your tattoo.......

I recommend Light Touch Laser Clinic to ALL my friends and family. They are amazing! The staff is VERY professional and knowledgeable of customer service. They make it very evident that they appreciate their clients and treat them with the most care that I've experienced any clinic to do so in my personal past experiences (which is quite a few, lol). My sessions with Judy have been EXCELLENT and I dont think I will ever turn back to any other clinic except for Light Touch Laser! I drive all the way from Toronto to Oakville just to come to this clinic.
