Whenever we embark on a project of any kind we are bound to encounter some road blocks along the way. It's frustrating but it's the way life is. It's the same when it comes to weight loss.

Sometimes things go smoothly from the start, but more often than not, regardless of how carefully we have planned our journey, if the "map" we are using is out of date or inaccurate, we are likely to end up hitting the proverbial brick wall.
