DAS BOOT TUESDAY'S! That's the chant that my friends and I do every Tuesday. Biergarten and Das Boot has become so integrated into my group of friends routine, it'll be hard to to find us their on a Tuesday. Their beer selection is awesome, and their food is delicious as well. I love their specialty sausages, and their selection of mustards. The only thing that disappoints me is the fact that they run out of their pretzels regularly on Tuesday's. I recommend going with a group of friends on a Tuesday night (they also have trivia!), get a boot of the Pilsner (Make sure you have a DD), and pair it with the Bier Brat!

WOW what a disapointment! We sat outside and waited almost 10min before someone came out to greet us. Then we ordered a pretzel and a salad which took another 20-25min to get and the pretzel was burned. We wanted to see about getting a new one but again we waited 20min before we were checked in on. At this point we were ready to go, asked for the check, and left exact cash or we would have been there for yet another 20min....worst service and food ever!!!

I was refused service here for appearing to be "too intoxicated" by some idiot employee. I drank one margarita before that moron deemed it necessary to judge me for doing absolutely nothing that would make any rational human being think I was "too intoxicated." If you have a slightly eccentric personality or a disability, you will probably be rudely discriminated against at this garbage establishment. Do not spend any money here.

Bohemia in Boulder. I love that someone has taken the time to create a truly Bohemian venue here in Boulder, ...not just the stereotypical notion of "bohemian," but authentic elements from the region of Bohemia. On top of that, the value is great, especially their happy hour sausage special. Just wish there was a dumpling, or paprika pork dish on the menu!

Ah, so great to feel like I'm out of Boulder, while being in Boulder! All new restaurants and bars thinking to open in BOulder would be wise to learn from the Biergarten. Unique, out of the box, fun, scrappy, imperfect, not concerned with local this local that - just making a great, fun environment for food and drink. And drink! More beer! Delicious beers!

Having lived in Central Europe and taken many a trip to Munich, Regensburg and Prague, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was at this Biergarten--I had a delicious sausage and the relishes were superb. As befits its name, the beer mugs were overflowing and served large. I was hoping the beers might get to be of a bit higher quality and a bit tastier as summer turns to winter--a Munich Rye perhaps?--but its summertime and a large Staro will quench the heat. My only real complaint is that the music was a shade too loud for my taste, considering you are a long across from your tablemates at the giant wooden tables.
