Used to love going here but the last two times we went we had issues. We purchased 6 vanilla cupcakes from the case and when we arrived home an 1 1/2 away, we realized they were stale. Also, the last time we dined in we ordered a side of sweet potato fries and they were served to us cold. When I asked the server if they were supposed to be served cold, her reply was no, then she turned and walked away. hmmmm not the best of customer service going on here!!

Everything looked great, and they have a lot to choose from- well beyond just baked goods. I'll be back as often as I can to try more of the menu, but the pie and cinnamon bun we had were terrific.

This place is a little underwhelming. I used to love their chocolate chip cookies because they were thick and chewy. They've changed the recipe now and it's more of a thin, brittle cookie. I also had their blueberry pancakes for brunch one day, and was a little startled at how small they were for how much I paid. The cinnamon rolls are huge and look pretty good, but I haven't tried them. If you are a fan of their cookies, however, you can buy them at any of the local Whole Foods stores.

The tuna melt is outrageously good. The sweets are dangerously delicious. The salads are great & filling. The warm food is yummy.. The boozy milkshakes are a must. I pre-ordered award winning cupcakes easily. They have a grab and go refrigerator case for Gouter juices and to-go sandwiches, wraps, quinoa, soup, etc. Vegan snacks & chocolate, coffee... + Thanksgiving saving graces :)

GO TO WOODLANDS VEGAN BISTRO ON GEORGIA AVE INSTEAD!! My last 4 consecutive trips to Sticky Fingers have resulted in my order being short anywhere from 1 to 5 items. I was even shorted an item after returning to fulfill my original order!! As a result I've had to drive all the way across the city back to the Columbia Heights location to pick up the remaining items I had paid for. I'm beginning to wonder if they're either trying to pad their profits or a clerk at the store has some "sticky fingers " of their own. To make matters worse the entire sidewalk and stairs leading up to and around the store were covered in at least an inch of solid ice after a recent snow fall. Would it kill them to shovel, to prevent injury? Seems quite irresponsible.

No it's not! Folks don't realize how expensive it is to offer the public the very best! The cereal in a typical box of cereal probably costs 5 cents... but the box of cereal costs around $4.00! The cereal is made from the cheapest crop bid, milled and processed to death (with steam and chemicals), then "enriched" with cheap, artificial vitamins, then various sugar syrups and additives/chemicals for color, moisture, puffyness, (artificial) flavor, pourability, and preservation. Real food that helps, not harms, your body COSTS a lot more to produce. It boils down to one's priorities. Everything that goes into our mouths should augment our health... we eat to nourish our bodies, not just to fill our tummies.
