PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I can not begin to imagine how anyone could enjoy their stay. The lady at the desk was nice enough upon arrival, however when she handed over the "keys" for our rooms and they were actual metal keys I should have started to worry then. Instead we hauled all of our belonging up the steps to our rooms on the 2nd floor. The halls were dark, very hot and there was a smell about the building. We booked 1 suite and 1 regular room. Our suite was next door to what looked like it used to be the guest laundry room but is now a dirty storage room with broken items. The room was very hot when we arrived, I turned on the small A/C unit on and was disappointed to find out there was only 1 unit and not a second unit in the bedroom?! I had called ahead of time to ask if they had cribs for my young son and they told me no so I had to bring my own! Again I should have rethought our decision to stay when the hotel accommodates for pets, and not children? Stressed out after hours on the road I began to attempt to adapt to the room and begin to set up for the night. I always re arrange the furniture to better suit our family and accommodate the crib. I move the dining room table and chairs only to find multiple piles of cat feces! I was shocked! I had just finished changing my sons diaper on this same floor thankfully I used my own blanket! How could a hotel allow this to happen!? They never even mentioned the possibility there had been animals in the room. Disgusted I took my son straight out of the building and packed up our things to drag them back down the hot halls and stairs again. My brother in law comes back from his trip to find an ice machine unaware of our current situation and tells me the ice machines are all broke so he had to go to the restaurant. In the kitchen where he had to go to get the ice there were 3 waitresses smoking, yes in the kitchen where the food and ice were. Need I really go on about this place? The only nice thing was they agreed to refund our stay so I'll still have to check with the credit card company and make sure. We took our business next door to the Best Western, it was great! Very clean and friendly.

this was a horrible stay, the tv didnt work, the ac did not work it was 90 degrees in my room with my 2 young kids and pregnant wife. then they had no other rooms so they could not move us and refused to give us any kind of a refund or any hospitality. the restaurant and the owner were disgusting!!! i would only tell people about this place to warn them to stay away!!!
