Before this place I did not like bagels- its a must try. The quality of its food and the generosity of its staff is what makes this place great! Specifically Jason whom makes ordering easy with prompt and courteous delivery.

My first time here was around 1991. This morning 23 years later. They have the usual wide selection of flavored bagels. However I can not stress how good the plain bagels are in comparison to everything else out there. They must be eaten a few minutes after ordered. The skin is crispy. The insides tender and slightly chewy. Soft but easy to cut. They are addicting without cream cheese. In my opinion, eating these bagels it's like going to Japan for sushi. After eating these babies, everything else is sh@te!

GREAT BAGELS AND MORE! This place was an answered prayer. After moving from NYC two months ago, I am thrilled to have FINALLY found a real bagel place. Their bagels are fantastic and the real deal, best I've had outside of NYC. Their chicken salad and tuna salad are to die for. Their pickles are great, too. Everything is so fresh you nearly lose your mind and swoon in deliciousness. The coleslaw is great. Everything tastes like a wonderful Jewish deli promises. The only con to this place? That they aren't all over the L.A. area. I simply wish they had more locations. The sandwiches, the service, just entirely impeccable. My NYC-native boyfriend and I can't stop talking about how happy we were to discover this place. We just wanted a quick bite before attending a taping of the wonderful Late Late Night with Craig Ferguson show. This deli doesn't have many tables so I suppose most people order it for takeout and nosh it at home. All I know is that it's the best, freshest food I've had in L.A. and it frankly renewed my faith in the food in this town.

Very good bagels and bagel sandwiches. Not easy parking but because it does not take long to get a bagel spots open up pretty quickly. I recommend the bacon egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich.
