I had a great car buying experience at Howdy Honda with sales consultant Jonathan Brewer. Any questions I had were answered throughly. He worked with me on a good price and helped get me the best interest rate possible. I love my new 2016 CR-V! Thank you Jonathan Brewer, and the staff at Howdy Honda.

My husband and I had the easiest car buying experience with Edward Kwak. We walked in, and 4 hours later, we were out of there with exactly what we wanted. We attempted to buy a car from another (central Austin) Honda dealership, but after 2! visits there, we left empty handed. With Edward and the other staff at Howdy, we were taken care from start to finish. Given our experience with these two dealerships, next time, I’ll start at Howdy.

I've always been impressed with Howdy Honda as a car dealership as well as a service department. Dating all the way back to 2002, when my wife bought her first Honda Accord. More recently, I took my Civic to have some service done and like every time I've take my car there I was greeted with smiles and attentive service. I always work with Jesse in the service department as he is honest as they come. Not something you typically associate with a mechanic/service rep. I recommend you ask for Jesse if you require any service to your Honda. This particular time I was greeted by the Express Service manager Eric because the Main Service closed by the time I arrived late. Eric still took my car in and put me in a sharp 2016 Accord Sport as a loaner. Howdy Honda almost always puts their customers in a new Honda loaner (of course if there are any available, but they have lots!). I fell in love with that exact car and decided a week later to look into trading my 2009 Civic for one. This is where I had the pleasure of meeting a 2 week old sales rep by the name of Manolo. He was not new to the car business, just new to Howdy, but very nice, not fake. Because he was new, his sales manager Akeem was helping both me and Manolo. I have worked for many sales leaders. Some who I cared for and some that I did not. Akeem took his time with Manolo but more importantly with me. I could tell immeadiately that Akeem was genuine, and that means everything in the car sales business. I showed up later in the day he stayed late to help me out. Because of unknown/unforeseen issues, the deal I thought we where going to be able to put together didn't exactly pan out...at first. This was not the dealership playing games, as many dealerships often do. It was completely on my part. Just when I thought we weren't going to be able to make a deal that day (or really night), Akeem pulled out all the stops. He completely impressed me with the level of service I received. This level of service did not stop after I completed my purchase. He called later to ask how I was enjoying my vehicle and if there was anything more he could do. He also realized my car was not detailed to his satisfaction and asked if I would bring the car in at my convenience so he could have it detailed for me. The level of customer service and attention to detail that he has is absolutely amazing and refreshing! Thank you Akeem for making my car buying experience the BEST it's ever been! You are an asset to Howdy Honda, as I'm sure they already know. I would absolutely recommend Howdy Honda if your in the market for a new car, and make sure Akeem is working when you go in.

I had been in touch with a salesperson in the Used Cars by the name of Tommy Luna for a little bit while I was shopping around for a Honda Civic. I had been going back and forth on whether or not to repair my '02 Honda Accord, that broke down but decided it wasn't worth it and began shopping. I decided the last week of 2015 to seriously look at getting another vehicle and I had settled on a Civic EX or a Corolla S Plus. As I was shopping around, I had the worst experience at Charles Maund Toyota when I wanted to look at the Corolla's. They kept telling me to get the Civic EX they had but it wasn't certified and it made me uncomfortable to purchase a Honda at a Toyota dealership. Well, the folks at Toyota were the sleaziest in the business and we walked out and drove straight here to Howdy Honda on New Year's Eve. I met with Tommy Luna and he told me that the price for the Civic they had was the lowest they can get it but the rate could bring the payment down to where I needed it to be. The car I wanted was a Certified '15 Civic EX with a tad over 3K miles on it!!! It was practically brand new for over $2K under the actual value! Mr. Luna and all the people here were the nicest and worked hard to get me a good rate. It was close to closing time, on New Year's, so I told them that I'll come back on Saturday to finish the process because they told me that there were a couple of lenders that were pending. When I came back on Saturday, they were able to get me a great rate with a great 100K miles bumper to bumper warranty for just a little more per month! I couldn't be happier with the folks here at Howdy!!! It serves me right to go anywhere else but Honda! I would recommend this dealership and the sales team to everyone I meet! Tommy Luna, I can't thank you enough for helping me get my dream car! I love this dealership!!! :-)

We just bought our second car from Howdy Honda on Saturday - the 2016 Honda Civic. We love it! Everyone at Howdy Honda was extremely helpful and friendly. Our sales consultant, Jonathan Brewer was great - very knowledgeable and made the process easy. We are very happy with our experience.

Just had my 2nd new car experience with Howdy Honda, both times I worked with Nik Popov. Two years ago my previous car was totaled and I needed something good to drive. Nik hooked me up with a lease on a new CR-V and I've had it almost 2 years now. When our minivan started having trouble and we knew we'd need to replace it soon, we again went to Nik and he helped us get a great lease deal on a new Odyssey. Although the car buying and leasing process can be long and laborious, Nik maintains a helpful attitude and positive demeanor every time we work together.

I just got my 2016 Honda Civic yesterday and I am more than happy. Mr. Edward Kwak was very polite during all the process;he explained me every detail and answer all my questions. He made everything easy for me. Also, Mr. Michael K was very polite and professional. I had a really great experience.

We recently bought our third car from Howdy Honda, all from salesman Rob Dee. Rob is very knowledgeable about the range of Honda vehicles. His gentlemanly, patient demeanor makes him a pleasure to work with. We were able to satisfy all our questions and get a full experience of the four models we were considering, and Rob encourages this kind of thorough evaluation. In our ten years as Howdy Honda customers, we've always been pleased with the service, whether in the showroom with Rob or in the service department with Kevin Childers. We've been driving our 2016 Accord for a week, and find it to be better than we hoped in comfort, ease of use, drivability - really, in every way. The entire Honda experience keeps us coming back - and all three of our cars are still in the family. Thank you, Howdy Honda, for making customer satisfaction a priority.
