Boston is sounding pretty great. Mayor Martin Walsh created the new Mayor's Office of Women's Advancement in 2014, and now is providing free salary negotiation workshops for women - aiming to train half of Boston’s working women, or 85,000 women, over the next five years.

Another company supports working parents! A much more limited benefit to what Netflix has established, but superb progress that working Americans have been waiting for!
The company will offer parents who are the primary caregivers 16 weeks of paid leave after the birth or adoption of a child.
