This will be a small brainteaser:
You wake up at night because you have to pee. Tumbling back to the bed, you notice your hifi is still switched on. The remote control lies right next to the door to your room. So you grab it, fumble a bit until you find the "off" button and finally manage to switch it off.
Suddenly your laser printer wakes up, warms itself up, grabs a sheet of paper and prints a small letter "x" in typewriter font.
The adenalin is rushing though your body. Your laser printer is an old model that is connected via parallel port to a small x86 linux box that's allways on. Your linux box usually serves for things like fetching and storing mails, serving files, sharing the printer and playing music. It sits behind an OpenWRT home router box and of course you are using a dynamic dns name service for your dynamic ip. Oh, and you remember that port 22 is forwarded to the box.
What happened? What would you do?
