MIDCO Tonight:
Thursday, July 17th at 7pm in room 202A at the McCoart Center.

We'll have breaking news on a planned sewer and/or water line along Asdee Lane from Davis Ford Road over to the River Falls/Old Hickory community. We will have folks from the Service Authority on hand to provide all the details and answer any questions you may have. There's a lot planned for that particular area, so it's important to understand how the new line will affect all that.

We'll also get into the plan for the new police station on Davis Ford Road near Asdee Lane. The final site plan is due in a few weeks, and MIDCO is working to make sure area residents have a chance to influence how this new development will fit into our community before the plan is finalized. Folks have expressed a strong desire for a reasonable treed buffer along Davis Ford and adjoining properties and limited clear-cutting, among other things, but it's still not clear if the plan will reflect those priorities. We need everyone's help on this- there's strength in numbers!

And, as always, we'll have updates on ongoing projects like Geisler, Pyramid Center, Cayden Ridge and more. I hope to see you there!
