Tommy and his crew did a wonderful job on our old wood house. We appreciate the time taken, attention to detail, and the quality of their work. We'll most certainly use Tommy's again!

Update: Online service form now works and the service desk did explain that their dealership was working to improve their customers’ experience. My Servant Agent apologized for his lack of communication with me and said internal communication between departments is being addressed. Sadly, I still disagree that a Safety Recall has to wait until after the weekend and is not given a higher level of urgent customer notification when Safety Recall parts arrive. This is my family’s vehicle and I take that seriously, so should Reinhardt Toyota.

Great old school gas station ran by honest people doing hard work. Best place to get gas, have tires repaired/changed, and they take care of most other auto repairs. Check out their old school customer bell and gas attendants fill gas.

Geoff is the Eaglerider representative at MCC and he is a true professional. I was able to reserve my bike via e-mail with no issues. I wanted to rent a Triumph American and Geoff let me choose between two different bikes. My bike was brand new with less than a thousand miles. Geoff took the time needed to go over all the paperwork and the bike with me. I then took pictures with my family and rode off on my cross country trip to Seattle. The bike was perfect the entire 3,300 miles I rode it. Geoff also e-mailed me during my trip to ensure all was well. I recommend Geoff 100% and Eaglerider only if you are dealing with a smaller private dealer like MCC because they have more time to do the right thing when it comes to taking care of their renters and their bikes. Customers are first at MCC. Thanks Geoff for the ride!

Avoid this Eaglerider rental location (Main Depot/Countryside) and use one of the many other options in Chicago. My friend's rental started off bad when the rental representative (Dominique) provided a 2012 Harley Electra Glide with 31,000 miles for a trip from Chicago-to-Seattle. Our gut instinct was to run, but my friend and I were so excited to start our trip that we bought into Dominique's whole..."the bike has been maintained, but keep an eye on the oil" verbal promise. Regardless, and most aggravating, was that the HD dealer had some really nice bikes on the showroom floor, but Dominique felt a well used bike, worn helmet and broken GPS unit would be a better option for my friend's dream ride. The bike ran well for the first 80% of our trip and then we hit the heat of the desert. The bike's volt meter would dance all over the place, then the dash would lose all power and finally the engine would stall and die after the battery fully discharged. Every HD dealer (all non-Eaglerider dealers) we towed the bike to could only swap batteries and push us out the door (that's a Harley dealership problem to hire 30 people and only sell t-shirts well). So, The running joke became us asking some always clean bike mechanic for 400 miles worth of batteries since their "computer said" the bike only needed another battery. So, my pal's trip ended three days early and 200 miles short of Seattle in a Dodge rental car following me on my rental (and new) Triumph rented from Eaglerider MCC in Villa Park, Chicago. Dominique tried to help, but he told us we had to pay for towing since we only had basic VIP insurance (this is not true for a mechanical failure). And we had to wait on his location’s boss to approve our rental car and hotel reimbursables (which took way too long and too many phone calls to clear up). On top of this we had to wait hours (8+ hours) over two days for towing since no one is ever in a hurry out West. Also, my buddy had to front $600+ dollars for the two day one-way car rental since the rental company would not take Dominique's corporate card. Most aggravating was Dominique's plan to have the Eaglerider drop-off point in Seattle reimburse my friend which was also not correct. This meant I had to out think Dominique and make many phone calls to learn the difference between an Eaglerider corporate branch and an Eaglerider franchise branch rental shop. The last straw was a broken promise of a return morning phone call from Dominique to cover the cost of all breakdown expenses. Dominique never called me because his boss had not come into work that day! At this point I was tired of dealing with Dominique and called the corporate Los Angeles Eaglerider office to get contact info for Eaglerider's corporate lead, a man named Deter, to work our refund. Deter called a day later to apologize and refunded the hotel, rental car and two tows with a promise to refund the three days of unused rental if my buddy’s rental insurance did not. My final thought on renting bikes is this...rent the bike you want, in the the shape you want, from an Eaglerider renter that is as excited about renting you a bike as you are about your trip. This way you can enjoy the dreams part of the Eaglerider promise and not sit on the side of the road.

They make a good coffee and sell a mean tank top, but they can't troubleshoot a motorcycle's electrical problem to save their butt.
