Trust Apple to find a way to close off their ecosystem to RCS. Should have known, ¨it´ll just fall back to SMS¨ was too good to be true. LOL.
iPhone doesn't have RCS, so this is what happens when sending a photo. File size is too large.

Guess this answers whether Samsung plans on bringing Chrome OS to the Samsung Galaxy S or Note tablet hardware. This just seems like Samsung milking its brand's name and trying to make a money grab with this V2
Samsung announces Chromebook Plus V2

Last year, Samsung announced the Chromebook Plus — ushering a new wave of convertible Chromebooks designed with the Google Play Store and Android apps in mind. Now, Samsung has taken the wraps off of the sucessor — the Chromebook Plus V2.

Visually speaking, the Chromebook Plus V2 is nearly identical to its predecessor, with an all aluminum body (albeit with a slightly darker color shade). The new Chromebook Plus V2, which keeps the convertible design and stowable Wacom stylus, has a new spill-resistant keyboard with curved keys. The Chromebook Plus now sports a 12.2-inch IPS display at a resolution of 1920x1080 (16:10 aspect ratio;300nits), an Intel Celeron 3965Y (Kaby Lake) processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, a 1MP webcam, a new 13MP f/1.9 world-facing camera, a microSD card slot, two USB Type-C ports, a USB Type-A port (3.0), a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 39Whr battery.

The new Samsung Chromebook Plus V2 will be sold at Best Buy on June 24th at a processor of $499.

Wow, peep game. So Lenovo decides not to offer the Moto G6 Plus in the US , but only offers the Moto G6 which ultimately will steer users in the direction of the higher priced Z line which will be released in US instead. Sorry Lenovo we see you...you almost had us, got to be quicker than that. 🙄🙄🙄

Motorola announces Moto Z3 Play

After a few leaks, Motorola has officially taken the wraps off the company's latest mid-range to high-end smartphone — Moto Z3 Play.

Although virtually identical to last year's Moto Z2 Play, Motorola has slimmed the bezels and willcontinue to support Moto Mods with the Z3 Play. The Moto Z3 Play, which has a glass back, sports a 6-inch Super AMOLED edge-to-edge display at a resolution of 2160x1080 (18:9 aspect ratio), a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB or 64GB of internal storage, an 8MP f/2.0 wide-angle lens front-facing camera, a dual rear camera setup (12MP f/1.7 with PDAF+5MP depth sensor), NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, a fingerprint scanner on the right side (similar to what is found on Sony phones except with a separate power button on the left side), a USB Type-C port, and a 3,000mAh battery with TurboPower charge included.

The Moto Z3 Play also has a gesture-based one button navigation bar, similar to that found on Android P and on iPhone X.

Colors: Deep Indigo

Pricing and availability: The Moto Z3 Play will come bundled with a Moto Power Pack mod. The Z3 Play will start at $499,p and will be available from retailers such as Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Fry’s, B&H Photo, and Amazon (Prime Exclusive). In Canada, the Z3 Play will be available from Videotron, Bell Mobility, Virgin Mobile, MTS, and SaskTel.

Predict that the Macbook Air will make a comeback, or the entry device that they just the "Macbook" will become real real popular.
Taking a Google like approach, Apple is bring iOS apps to Mac OS in 2019 just like Android apps works on Chrome OS. By 2020 I expect Mac OS to have enough iOS apps. Hopefully by that time Google will convince developers to optimize their apps for big screens.

So Moto releases the Oreo update for the Moto G5S Plus but not the Moto G5 Plus? How many Moto G5S Plus devices even sold vs the number of Moto G5 Plus that sold globally?? Mind you, Android P is in beta right now and will drop officially in the fall. Another example of how this company is a sad shadow of its former self. I'm not even going to speak about Lenovo trying to masquerade the G6 as a mid range device with the Snapdragon 400 series chip. No Bueno Lenovo 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
