The education system is in shambles, and it has been for quite some time now. This is not weird. Old things break or go obsolete all the time. Why should this be any different? What’s weird is that people, at large, still maintain an unshakable faith in the virtue and validity of public education. ThisContinue Reading...

Fixing your Omega-6/Omega-3 levels may be the most important thing you can do for your health over the long-term (other than doing regular exercise). Read this.
Alternate title: How to Fix Your Omega-6 to Omega-3 Imbalance and Rejuvenate Your Cell Membranes I currently have two main focuses in my life: Business and health. Without money, you can’t do what you want. And without health, you can’t live. It’s a simple enough proposition, so it boggles my mind that most people goContinue Reading...

A detailed (4000+ word) case study of what goes into creating a popular podcast. Definitely read if you're thinking of starting a podcast. I've read many articles on this topic and I think this might be the best one online at this moment (although I am of course a little biased, hehe).
About 1.5 years ago I wrote an article titled “How to Blast Out Of Obscurity” for StartupBros. That article was about how I started a decent-sized blog with high readership engagement, in relatively short time while being busy. Basically, I broke down the process of starting a blog into the fundamental 80/20 activities and …

Want to learn about commonplacing? There is no better place than here.

But I haven’t said much–because, what is there to say? You just sort of do it. I didn’t realize it’s a skill. The questions have kept coming. Some I’ve replied to,Continue Reading...

15 Lessons I learned from Mikael Syding. 6000 words, but one of my most thorough articles, I believe.
I first got to know Mikael Syding 1,5 years ago and since then I've learned a lot. In this long article I go into detail about the 15 lessons I learned from Mikael Syding.

Just published the first episode of "25 Minuter med Syding & Sunström", my podcast/show with +Karl-Mikael Syding. We've already got 1300+ listens, and there are 4.5 more hours until the day is over!

Give it a listen (if you understand Swedish) and let me know what you think!

+Karl-Mikael Syding  debunks the (horribly inaccurate) 10,000-hour rule.
The 1%=100 hour rule; A few simple but powerful mental tools for getting more out of life and investment research efforts, avoiding waste and suboptimization
