- Patient Advocate/NaviatorOwner/CEO, 2008 - presentAs a consultant, I developed, implemented, and evaluated a written care plan, which provided approaches designed to make Alzheimer’s residents lives more meaningful. I achieved this by stimulating and supporting physical and medical capabilities with interactive programs and events. The goal was to enable residents to maintain the highest attainable social, physical, and emotional well-being while preventing further mental or physical deterioration. The resident’s deterioration decreased by 3% within only a few months after implementation of the program.
