Come to the first consultation and let's discuss your problem and aesthetic idea and we will find the optimal solution for you and with your agreement the planned implantation and aesthetic dental treatments will be done
Rapid dentistry
We organize the dental treatments based on the principles of rapid dentistry
What do we mean by rapid dentistry?
- it does not mean a short term appointment
- it does not mean that the treatment ( the time spent in the dental chair)will be shorter
- it does not mean the reduction of the healing period
BUT
- it means a 3D planning of a complex pre-scheduled series of treatments
- it means the achievement of the best function and the optimal aesthetic result in the shortest period in compliance with the professional rules
- it means the consideration of the general health status of the patient (both physical and mental conditions) when the number and the length of the daily sessions are decided in order to achieve the shortest treatment period without overloading the patient
-it means that even if the patient needs a temporary restoration ( e.g. because of necessary healing period after the implantation and bone grafts) the temporary restoration will be made functionally and aesthetically acceptable for the patient
-patients are informed and motivated to keep good oral hygiene and they have nothing else to do than turning up on the yearly check-up

There are different approaches in dentistry nowadays. On the one hand there is the traditional dental treatment of one tooth or small group of teeth. It is very important and useful, however in this case the non-treated teeth of patient determine the available treatment options. The rapid dentistry however considers all factors: the bite, the esthetic apperiance of the face, the gum and the teeth. All functions can be completely remodelled in a relatively short period of time. It requires CT, 3D planning programs and different implant systems. The rapid dentistry involves specialities: periodontics, endodontics, ortodontics and maxillo-facial surgery. Naturally this can’t be applied in every patient, however it is very useful in selected cases. Rapid dentistry uses the immediate implantation and the immediate loading.

Our main profile is implant-aesthetic dental treatments, which often needs bone grafts. Our young patients often ask for aesthetic treatments, when the main goal is to change the color and the shape of the teeth to have a Hollywood smile. These treatments make it necessary to visit our surgery for a consultation and check-up. In young patients, it is common that bone substitution and implantation and even gum grafts are needed as sports injuries typically occur in the well-visible front teeth. In this case, usually the roots of the teeth and the alveolar ridge around the roots are damaged.

It is difficult to estimate the life expectancy of dental implants. Internationally accepted guideline states that in case the x-ray confirms intact bone conditions around the implant 5 years after the placement, we can be confident that the implant will work for a considerable time. We can’t state that the implant will function forever since the it is placed in the living tissue and devastating general health problems cam occour reducint the lifetime of implant. The continuous maintenance of good oral hygiene from the patient’s side is equally important. The careful placement of implants and the patient’s long-term commitment are both needed to achieve the best result. The patient needs to be motivated and regularly controlled, allowing the resolution of emerging issues.
