I disagree with Michael. Construction needs to take account all the users of the road. It needs to be a design goal of the local DOT. This puts all of us at risk and infuriates me. Note construction happens in waves and often multiple projects means that certain areas are now completely cut off from one another.
That parking structure he passes is the train station from which I commute. The construction sucks all around. They also removed the left turn lane I use to get into the station. I fear getting hit from behind because someone isn't paying attention. My scooter isn't heavy enough to trigger the light which is the other option into the station.
