After two miscarriages and a difficult third pregnancy, in June 2000 my twin daughters were born. But rather than sighing in relief, I was faced with the news that Lily had a serious heart defect and would need surgery to survive. I told my story live at The Story Collider a few months ago and today it went live on their podcast.
