Finally getting back into the swing of it. After a fantastic start and a pretty good weight loss at the beginning of the year... I managed to 'mash' my knee, 4 weeks into recovery, sprain my ankle, 4 weeks after that... Re-do the same knee. I had about 10 - 12 weeks out of the gym. When I got back to it, not allowed to run. So pretty much weights and cross trainer. So i weigh myself today and I'm 3lb heavier than the last time I weighed in BEFORE I mashed my joints. Time to get serious again :-) Today. A lovely long (for me) run/jog brisk uphill walk. Round of weights. Arm curls/extensions, abdominals. Lower back curls. Back onto a last 20 minute cross trainer. Feeling energised right now.
