A short video of the past, present and future of the LAVA Lab in Cambridge. Shown at George's keynote in Hong Kong this morning. Animation by my daughter, Siobhan. Was really well received, and lots of people coming up and saying how much they loved it.

A day at Barric, the LAVA Lmp CEM, with the first prototypes coming off production. They all worked beautifully: A very nice design. Picture of the stack taken in the office today, with a screen shot showing the web interface registering all of them as being available. One of the most exciting lava projects yet! Thanks to Andy Green for his superb design and ongoing support in this project! I know you're busy and appreciate the time you're devoting to this.

A journey through the history of the lava lab. When I joined Linaro nearly 3 years ago, we had one rack, which was barely used.

We've come a long way, and are about to add two more racks. Going to get tight in here!

I might still have some pics I can dredge up of the very first shared half rack that was hobbled together in less than a week if you are interested. Great work Dave, nice to see it growing still!

Nice graphical representation of time spent in areas of a job - now wondering how we might make use of this in LAVA

nice.. though it might be better to have a fully open source solution to build such graphs.
