1st and last visit. Very poor and slow service. Food way too salty. When we were seated, it was over 10 minutes before anyone came by to say hello even though the restaurant was not crowded. After our meals arrived , no one checked on our table or asked if we would like anything else to drink. The dirty plates sat on our table for over 30 minutes after we finished dinner and before anyone finally picked them up. No desire to ever go back. Noticed most of the other reviews had poor service as well. I totally agree and wanted to add my experience.

Service was great and the food was great!!! The bartender was interactive with us and made us feel welcome.

Great food and great selection of brews, even from around the world. A quick lunch at the southcenter mall can include something nice, like a bottle of Duvel!

I've always gone here as a child, when I was in California. Since it opened in here, in Tukwila I've gone twice. Both times I have gone the service was poor. The first time I went, I ordered a Pizookie. It took nearly 30 minutes for our waitress to get back to us, then it took another 40 for the actual thing to arrive. The second experience I had here, was for my birthday. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Our waitress was AWFUL. And we waited for our food for what seemed to be forever. When it finally arrived, two of the dishes were under cooked! Then my sister had ordered a side of ranch that NEVER came. I'm not even done yet... Our waitress had the worst attitude. We asked for boxes, and she gave us ones that were too small. So when we asked for me, she seemed very infuriated and annoyed. Which is odd, because for the most part of that night we didn't ask anything of her. Except for more water or a side of ranch. You bet the jerk only got a $1 tip out of me. I will never be going back.

Last night I had a Caeser salad with blackened salmon and a screwdriver. The salmon was flavored really nicely but undercooked in the middle. The Caeser dressing was very bland and extremely thin. I think it was missing the garlic and anchovy because it didn't have any of the usual zing you expect with a Caeser. And everything was overpriced. Cost about $25 without the tip. Oops, and I almost forgot. The waiter forgot to bring us silverware until we asked for it. When we looked over to try to find him we saw about 5 employees chatting in the middle of the restaurant.

BJ's is our favorite restaurant...in any state. We always look for BJ's when traveling, and know we are going to get good food the way we like it, and catch a game. So it made us happy when we moved to the Seattle area last year and found our favorite close by at the Southcenter Mall. Honestly we have been BJ's loyalty members for over a year, and been loyal customers for a lot longer and never had a bad experience at any BJ's.. Just good food, great atmosphere and always treated right!!

Waited an hour and ten minutes to get our food while the table next to us who was seated about 10 minutes after got their food in about 30 minutes. Drinks only got refilled once they were sitting empty for around 30 minutes staff kept looking at our table and eyeballing us but never lifted a finger to help and they were not busy enough to account for this kind of shoddy service. i get better service at places that are cheaper and have better food.

We went to the location to enjoy a brew and pizza. How disappointed we left. Each beer took at least 15 minutes to pour. Seriously. They made a pizza in the time it took to make a beer. I'm not sure how a pub establishment can be in business when they're so unconcerned with providing customers with beer in a timely fashion. The pizza they cooked so quickly... how was that you ask? Well, it looked awful and while looks aren't everything with food, pizza needs cheese. These had entire pieces without a bit of cheese on them. Looking back, I wish I'd have ordered a takeout pizza somewhere else and grabbed a case of beer and eaten in tonight. It's the worst restaurant experience I've had in months. In the process of a relocation, we've been forced to dine out every day for quite some time and this was the worst experience to date. Did I mention that the meal (two pizzas and 4 drinks) was $75? I thought that was also insane for the quality of food and service.
