(360) 953-8296, Inc. to open 400 new natural gas (CNG & LNG) fueling stations

Dallas –, Inc. has entered into an agreement with Atlas Copco - Greenfield Compression of Houston, Texas to build 400 natural gas vehicle (NGV) fueling stations in the coming year. The stations will be placed in strategic locations throughout the U.S. interstate highway system to support the burgeoning trend toward adoption of compressed natural gas (CNG and liquefied natural gas (LNG) as alternative vehicle fuels.

The U.S. has been lagging far behind the rest of the world in the deployment of natural gas vehicles and that is changing dramatically. Vehicle manufacturers ranging from the automobile sector to the heavy duty sector are rapidly delivering new CNG and LNG powered vehicles. It is a well-documented fact that natural gas vehicle fuels are at least 50% less expensive and produce as much as 90% less harmful emissions than gasoline and diesel. Since the U.S. has larger natural gas resources than any other country in the world, the widespread us of NGV fuels can greatly reduce and possibly even eliminate our dependence on foreign oil imports.

The 400 AmericaCNG fueling stations are planned to be opening during a six month period from the fourth quarter of this year through the first quarter of 2013. Primary targeted customers include long-haul trucking, local return-to-base fleets and transit authorities.

About, Inc., Inc. (ACNG) provides Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicle conversions and fueling stations to American companies having fleet vehicles. Using ACNG’s proven bi-fuel system, commercial and government organizations can take advantage of lower fuel prices, currently resulting in a savings of $2.00 or more per gallon. The company has strategic partnerships in place with several other organizations to expand their network of vehicle conversion equipment and services and CNG fueling stations throughout the United States. ACNG plans to open 250 CNG fueling stations throughout the U.S. this year with an additional 500 stations coming online in 2013.
