This was the most horrible experience I have every had going out to eat. It would have been better if I had gotten bad food! But I sat there for 20 minutes and half the so called "restaurant" was empty and now I can see why. It came to a point where I had to stop a server and tell her that we had been sitting there for 20 minutes and haven't even got a drink order in. Her response was (hold on let me see who your server is)....then she walked off! The proper way to respond would have been to apologize and no matter who our server was.... take our drink order. Such bad business! That was the last straw I immediately got up from the table and exited the building. I will never return to this restaurant and I will never recommend because u can't even get food let alone a drink and very poor service. That's all a restaurant is base on and they failed extremely!

We requested a refire for an over cooked steak. Second one came out overcooked and so extremely over seasoned my husband was unable to eat it. Brian the manager suggested we request the steak to be cooked differently as if it were our fault.

We are watching the deterioration of a brand. Took my grandkids and wife there for dinner Sunday C-. Would not go back. For example, I had the house steak with crab. Totally disappointing. Ordered meat to be cooked medium rare with pink showing. Came out well done, tough, dry and without flavor. The crab/sauce topping was equally disappointing. It was a dry slab of "sauce" that looked like an over-cooked pancake, and that too was without flavor. This was not at all what I had expected from the Outback brand. Appears there is no supervision of the kitchen or what gets served. Paid good money for a bad meal.

Outback is my favorite steakhouse, I've experienced more than a dozen coast-to-coast. Of the 3 times the SO and I visited this one we've managed to get one meal and the service stunk. Arriving one half hour after opening for our last visit there were perhaps 6 occupied tables and a dozen patrons waiting to be seated. We were completely ignored for nearly 10 minutes at which time we were informed our wait for a table in a nearly empty restaurant would be 45 minutes, "Would we like to have a seat at the bar"? This FINALLY convinced the SO that if we wanted to eat at Outback we'd have to travel to another, but we never have. Apparently this location spends a great deal of time teaching the staff to wander about and never make eye contact with the patrons that make working there such a PITA.
