Food was very good. Very friendly servers. Brian and Stephen were excellent. Never had an empty soda and service was quick and very proficient. You can tell they wanted to make the customers felt taken care of.

Ordered chicken off the kids menu for my 10 year-old daughter. Her plate consisted of two buffalo wing-sized drumsticks and a badly burned wing. We asked for a different plate and the waitress refused. Our request for a refund was also refused. There is a Champps and an Outback Steakhouse at the same intersection, and plenty of other family options just up Moorland on Bluemound Road. Do not waste your time here.

This place is really a hit or miss ... but I did find something on the menu that has been good twice in a row.

I've been enjoying Charcoal Grill for over a decade. Their burgers (Especially the Charcoal Burger with onion strings, BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese) are to die for, seriously one of the best restaurants for burgers. Part of this may be that they are really grilled. Friendly staff, decent drink selection. Their bacon wrapped water chestnuts are a great appetizer to start off with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I LOVE this place!

Sunday Brunch was so-so. Kinda greasy and as buffett tend to be, kinda not hot. Mass produced pastries and bland toppings for thw waffle bar. There's a reason I prefer to dine for brunch where its made to order. Mom jeans and muffin tops were abundant.
