4 bedroom student house of wonder!

A beautiful property with 4 large double bedrooms, fully refurbished, stylish and very very homely. Located in a quiet street, a short hop from Mutley Plain and just down the hill from the University this 4 bedroom student house is a hidden gem. It’s not just a house it’s a home that will make you smile from ear to ear, it has a real warmth which welcomes you with open arms.

This is a substantial property for a 4 bedroom student house and all of the rooms are a good size from the bathroom to the kitchen. The lounge is behind the first door, packed full of period features including a large open fireplace. There’s plenty of comfy seating too, the perfect place to cosy up with your friends to watch a film. The kitchen is a perfectly formed with plenty of space for a dining table/chairs and a large breakfast bar. Modern and fresh it makes a great space to hang with your friends. Another big bonus of this property is the yard at the rear. It has raised flower beds, an undercover area to shelter under with secure wall fixings to lock bikes/surfboards to. There’s also plenty of space for BBQs, a lockable store, and an electric roller shutter door which opens up onto the lane at the rear, this pad is plush!

Post grad student accommodation with a difference…

This is fantastic property with 5 double bedrooms and plenty of communal space. It’s freshly decorated and feels homely and bright. Perfect for students in their final year, those who are maybe doing a second degree/qualification or those looking for post grad student accommodation. If you’re looking for something better than just the ‘norm,’ you’ve found it! Located in a lovely, quiet street close to Mutley Plain and a short stroll to the University.

As soon as you walk into this property it feels warm and welcoming. It has a good sized lounge packed full of period features and a pair of comfortable leather sofas. The kitchen is a good size, plenty big enough for a dining table/chairs. This is another great place for you to relax and enjoy your spare time together. A large breakfast bar makes for a very sociable space and you can sit and catch up on the days/nights events while making a cuppa or cooking up a feast. There’s a bathroom with full-sized bath/shower and a second WC to prevent queues at times of need! The bedrooms are priced diffently according to their size, but you won’t be disappointed, this is post grad student accommodation to please everyone.

I should add the property is well insulated, double glazed and the central heating is controlled using a digital thermostat so you can be both cosy and efficient at the same time.

A spacious, welcoming property with 3 double bedrooms. It was recently refurbished to a very high standard making this a true home from home! A stone’s throw from Mutley Plain and a short walk to the Uni, this 3 bedroom student flat is a great place for any group of friends to share.

Towards the rear of the property there is a large open plan lounge and kitchen. It is a great space for you to relax and enjoy with your friends. The large breakfast bar makes for a very sociable space and you can sit and catch up on the days/nights events while enjoying your favourite tipple or knocking together a feast. The main hallway is spacious and bright, with ample hanging and storage space. The bathroom boasts a powerful shower and a full-sized bath to stretch out in and relax after a long day ‘at the office’ or maybe even the beach! This 3 bedroom student flat is arranged over two floors, so it feels the size of a typical 3 bed house, airy and light. The bedrooms all have double beds, high ceilings and tasteful decor.

It’s important to mention the flat is well insulated and economical to heat and the central heating is controlled using a digital thermostat so you can dictate how cosy the flat is day or night (depending on your schedule.)

Fabulous student property with roof terrace…

This is an awesome student property with 3 double bedrooms and a large south facing roof terrace. Beautifully presented, this is great example of Tern Quay’s quality student accommodation. Very close to Mutley Plain and a short walk from the University.

This flat feels especially homely. Spread over two floors this definitely isn’t a pokey offering. You enter into a large hallway which feels bright and spacious benefiting from the light pouring in from the large patio door of the roof terrace. Towards the rear of the property there is a large open plan lounge and kitchen. This is the perfect space for you to relax and enjoy your spare time together. The large breakfast bar makes for a very sociable space and you can sit and catch up on the days/nights events while making a cuppa or cooking up a storm. The bathroom is just off the hallway, beautifully formed with a powerful shower and an ‘actual’ bath which is a pleasant surprise for most. Upstairs the bedrooms are all a good size, with double beds, high ceilings and tasteful decor. There is also a large cupboard on the upstairs landing of this student property, perfect for hanging coats/wetsuits etc and storing more mundane items like hoovers and ironing boards. The roof terrace is the icing on the cake for this student pad and it adds a real WOW factor. South facing it enjoys sunshine until late into the afternoon/evening and the views extend to the moors. It’s a great space for relaxing and entertaining.

This is a very spacious student flat that will take your breath away… just check out the photos!

As soon as you enter the flat its feels like you’ve arrived somewhere a bit special. It has a lovely, bright, spacious hallway. Both the bedrooms are a good size and have large double glazed sash windows. Sometimes if it’s rented by a couple, they will use one of the bedrooms as a dedicated office/study area which works brilliantly.

There’s a large, fresh bathroom with an actual bath (!) and powerful shower. The kitchen is well planned with a stylish contemporary feel. The huge south-facing lounge has a large window with great views out towards Plymouth Sound and Mount Edgecombe.

The highlight of this student flat is undoubtably the roof terrace. It is vast and I suspect it could be one of the highest in the city. On a clear day the views are unrivalled. Besides the endless sunbathing and BBQs life indoors isn’t too shabby either!… The large rooms, high ceilings, fresh decor make this a great property. It has a intercom doorbell system for added peace of mind too. The new boiler is managed by a digital thermostat giving you total control of your central heating making it both economical and cosy to live in. If you are looking for great student flat for you and a friend or you and your partner, this will take some beating!

As student accommodation in Plymouth goes this flat is a winner… It has two really good sized double bedrooms, both with large double glazed sash windows. There’s a fresh modern bathroom with a powerful shower and bright contemporary kitchen. A huge south-facing lounge is the icing on the cake.

The highlights of this flat are the large rooms, high ceilings, fresh decor and a rather cool kitchen! It has a intercom doorbell system for added peace of mind too. The gas central heating is managed by a digital thermostat giving you total control of the heating making it both economical and cosy to live in. If you are looking for great student accommodation in Plymouth make this flat your home from home!

This one bedroom student property is a super space for either you on your ownsome or as a couple. Ideal for Plymouth University or a student at Marjons. It’s the latest Tern Quay renovation so its especially sharp and fresh. Its cosy whilst not feeling small. Quirky features make the very best of this space… you won’t be disappointed if your looking for independence and somewhere great to relax. Why settle for anything less as a student in Plymouth.

The highlights of this student property are the enclosed private courtyard, high ceilings, a nice bright living space, good sized kitchen, separate dinning or study area and a cosy double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. You are also fortunate to have your own private entrance which isn’t shared with any other student properties.

Quite simply, Student Accommodation at it’s best…
This has been referred to as the ‘Manhattan Suite!’ and for good reason… A ‘funky’ flat with 3 double bedrooms, recently renovated to a very high standard. As student accommodation goes this is special.

The flat is a large maisonette arranged over 2 floors. All the bedrooms are on the first of these floors as is the bathroom. The bedrooms are bright and fresh all with double beds. The bathroom is a good size with a powerful shower and a bath to relax and unwind in.

The best part of showing people around this property is their reaction as they climb the stairs and enter the loft… “WOW’ or “OMG” are amongst the favourites! The loft is home to a vast open plan kitchen and lounge, with wide ranging views which reach as far as the moors. You only need to look at the photos to see why it makes such an impression. Fresh, well designed and modern. In the lounge area there is ample room for a couple of sofas, a dining table/chairs and the 3 large Velux windows mean you are never short of light. The kitchen looks stunning and has everything you would expect, with loads of storage and work surface. Off the kitchen there is a discrete utility room, with a washing machine, tumble drier and plenty of space for ironing boards, recycling etc.

As a bonus (as if you need another one!) you also have your very own roof terrace… south-facing and private, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.
Student accommodation really doesn’t get any better than this! If you are looking for something special this is quality student accommodation that everyone will love.

Plymouth University Accommodation at its best…

This is the perfect pad for an individual or student couple looking for something a bit special… A cool, stylish 1 bed flat, recently renovated to a superb standard. Very close to Mutley Plain and a short walk from Plymouth University.

The bedroom is spacious with a large south facing bay window which floods the room with light. The bathroom feels fresh and modern, it has powerful shower and a bath to soak and unwind in. The lounge and kitchen are open plan with wonderful high ceilings giving the flat a really spacious, airy feel and a large bay window gives you wide elevated views of the street below. It’s the perfect space to relax and socialise with your partner or friends.
