I love scrambled eggs and really depends on my mood how I like them. I love adding some sriracha to mine. Sometimes I like to cook them low and slow too to keep them nice and creamy, swirl in some creme freiche..yummy!

Introduction
My name is Eric Pepple and I am a Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management Major at the Pennsylvania State University. I am graduating in the fall and cannot WAIT to get out into the industry. 

I am the founder and contributor to the food blog Happy Valley Chow. I created HVC in November of 2011 and am quite pleased with the response I have received. Making people happy is one of my forte's. I love getting those looks of satisfaction, delight, or even surprise when they try my food. I am always pushing myself to do better in the kitchen and make something new and interesting, while at the same time, keeping true to what I love.
