Here are tips on how to lose weight inspite of your busy skeds. #7. Make gym visits convenient. Did you get a gym membership but find yourself going there very seldom because you're busy? If you said yes, perhaps you need to find out why it's inconvenient for you to go to the gym. Besides being busy, there are other factors like location. Is the gym far from your office or home? Do you find yourself always forgetting to bring your gym clothes and other stuff? If these are your "excuses," you need to find a solution for them. Look for a gym that is near your work or your house. This way, you can go there between breaks or after work. Or get your own gym locker so you can leave your stuff there.

1. JUKARI. Using a Jukari Band (TM), a lightweight, flexible band, women can groove to the theatricality of Cirque du Soleil. This workout consists of dynamic, upbeat, artistic movements designed to banish blahs from regular gym workouts. Women can expect to enhance their flexibility and strength. #6. Leave healthy foods within your reach (and your sight). Snacking within the day can help keep your hunger steady so you do not overeat. But if you will snack on unhealthy and fattening foods, that will not be good. One great tip is to keep healthy snack foods like fresh fruits within your reach and your sight. At the start of the week, you can buy 5 fresh fruits (one for each day of the week) and keep these on top of your table. When you feel hungry, since you can easily see the fruits, you will find yourself reaching for these healthy snacks. Stay healthy, Superbods!
