supervisor's* titles* ending a double quote with scare quotes...GN
Gaslite Square Shopping Center, 5633 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406
Extremely disrespectful when answered the phone, and I was hung up on in the middle of a sentence. I wouldn't recommend this poor customer service. I'm a student, we are doing a school project. The assignment was to pretend to be applying for jobs at different computer tech companies. All I needed was the Supervisor's name and what job title's that they have, even if there are none open(because it's just a school project, no one is really applying for any jobs), what positions are the people who are already working there have, so that I can pretend to be applying for that same position(Again, it's a school project). Out of all the companies I called for this project, these people were the rudest! When the woman picked up the phone, she sounded very bored and annoyed that she even got a call. While I was talking, I was constantly cut off in mid sentence to be told "well we aren't really hiring", "I know ma'am, but it's just for a school project". She sighed and kept cutting me off and eventually hung up on me. I've called other places and they were not this mean, and unprofessional. Since I'm here, I might as well recommend one of the places that I called, who has a ton of great reviews, and when I called, was very kind and polite. The man's name is Norm, and he owns a computer repair company called Delson Computer. When I called him, he was kind, and when I read his reviews while doing research for my project, I saw that he had a ton of great reviews. According to his clients on google, he works fast, the prices are fantastic and from my own experience calling him for my school project, he was very kind when he picked up the phone. I want the people at this company to know that first impressions are everything and being rude and nasty is not how you are going to attract customers, especially after seeing poor reviews like this. one star. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
