Heb Sed is an ancient Kemetic festival which established that the reigning Naswt Biti had the right to continue his tenure as spiritual and political leader of the two lands.

Our Kemetic Ancestors knew that to leave their prosperous and successful civilization in the hands of a weak and ineffectual leader was to invite chaos and strife.

We will hold our Heb Sed on this year's retreat, to recur every five years. Holding our leaders accountable to the kemmunity that they serve ensures that Maat will continue to be our priority and focal point.
