Cooper may end up being remembered most as the poster boy for Chip Kelly's failed culture war.

According to prosecutors, David Creato's girlfriend resented his continued dealings with his 3-year-old son's mother, with whom he shared custody of the boy.
Three-year-old Brendan Link Creato was the victim of "homicidal violence" akin to smothering or strangulation, a Camden County prosecutor said Tuesday, laying out for the first time the cause of death of the Haddon Township child whose body was found three months ago in a wooded area near his father's apartment.

I passed Mr. Kinney on 33rd street, as I left the viewing for Officer Robert Wilson. I recognized him immediately, and said good morning to him. To my surprise, he said good morning back to me. There was no one else around so he could have just said nothing. I knew at that moment that I would vote for him to be the next Mayor of Philadelphia. Congrats on the win!

Not only did officer Jesse Hartnett survive three gunshot wounds at point-blank range, he got out of his patrol car and returned fire.
In his former career with the U.S. Coast Guard, Philadelphia police Ofc. Jesse Hartnett braved rough waters directing boats and crews through their missions, but the waters were never rougher for Hartnett than they were Thursday night on a piece of asphalt in West Philadelphia when he was ambushed in his patrol car by a gunman determined to take his life.

"[T]he whole thing with the Christmas party just epitomizes the split from what Jeffrey wants the Eagles to be, and what he felt like they were becoming."
