Buyer Beware! Be very careful in your dealings with the used car sales people from Woodmen Nissan. They will say anything to sell a car, and then once they have made the sale and you leave the dealership it's virtually impossible to get them to follow through on any of their promises. I bought a used truck from them and they promised to give me a “manager's discount” on a set of tires and to provide free oil changes for 1 year. After I purchased the truck and asked for the discounted price for a set of tires, they gave me a “discount” price that was over $100 more than I could purchase the same tires from a tire store, and they never bothered to send me the information and paperwork for the free oil changes. After trying repeatedly to get in touch with the sales person I finally contacted the general sales manager, Brock Wilson, who told me he would “make sure” to have the paperwork for the oil changes sent to me. Over two weeks now and still nothing. This dealership and its staff do not appear to value honesty, integrity, commitments or customer service. Unfortunately, it was only after I had these bad experiences that I checked the Better Business Bureau web site to discover that Woodmen Nissan has an “F” rating. I really wish I had checked their BBB rating earlier – I would never have set foot in their dealership, and certainly wouldn't have purchased a vehicle from them, if I had known of their extremely poor rating. While there may well be people who have a good experience at Woodmen, given the “F” rating with the BBB, is it worth the risk? There are plenty of other car dealerships in Colorado Springs – I'd recommend going to a reputable dealership with a good BBB rating.

This a garbage dealership I do not know what type of service they run down here I drive all the way from Firestone, CO down to Colorado Springs a almost 2 hour drive for this! Bull I get five calls from three different people asking if I'm coming down. Once I get here they want me to put down more then half of what the car is worth just to finance for it. And they try to talk me into three different cars that I did not intent of get or even interested in. By the time I got there I did not even see the car at all. Or showed me the key and the keys weren't even for the Saab I wanted. Worst dealership I've ever been too. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER! #bullshit

I would't advise anyone to go purchase a vehicle from this place. They are a much of liars. I will tell everyone that I know not to deal with Woodmen Nissan. I guess this place will whether lose customers instead of doing what is right by the customer.

I could go on and on about how screwed up this dealership is. They sold me a vehicle with absolutely no brakes left in the front. when I first purchased they squealed and I told them and they supposedly looked at them and said I have a half in the front and a little less than a half in the back. Mind You I have had this vehicle almost 4 months. They are complete idiots they probably didn't even look because today I took it in and guess what I had only 10% in the front and 70% in the back .Than I go to get a new spare tire and just had my tires looked at just to make sure everything was good with them. Well they come back to tell me I need all new tires. I had to buy a completely new radio on top of all of that because it was broke. I have to also pay out of pocket for the paint that did not fix. My co2 sensor went out after 4 weeks of having it. They had to replace it because it was with in the warranty. They knew about all of the problems to and did nothing to fix it or compensation in any means. They are all completely useless and fake at that dealership. i over paid by almost 10,000 dollars and they lied and said that is 4wd. Yeah it isn't. Please help yourself and do not go there and get screwed.

I liked my experience enough here as far as the people were concerned-the salespeople there were nice enough and not terribly pushy, they just offered me a ludicrously high price on lease for a Leaf, even with a trade in of $4000 on my Sentra that I was thinking about trading in. I ended up getting a better price from Dave Solon in Pueblo with nothing down and no trade in-so, in essence, Woodmen Nissan was happy to take my car for free while giving me a regular (if slightly high) price on a Leaf. Even after I did some research and found out how bad they were trying to screw me, they still wouldn't be reasonable. Oh well, they could have had a sale!

Was interested in purchasing a used car, didnt mind high miles or slight wear on the vehicle. Seen an ideal 2005 Chrysler 300c priced at 11k. Pictures looked great. Upon my arrival i found the car was BEAT! Not only HIGH miles but the hood looked like it had been sanded down, in only the center portion, one of the door handles was hanging off the car. Someone had tried to glue the handle on, did not work, however it left a huge glue drip running dow the side of the car, it had some many scratches, it seemed as if it were washed with brillow pads, the bumper and grill wer destroyed and glued back together, the right front headlight had been jerry rig'd to stay in. Obviously had hit something in the front. When I asked about it the sales man Todd said it hit a parking curb...???!!!, How does that push in the entire bumper up to the headlights??? After review of the car, I suggested a discount in the price around 8500-9k, the sales manager said he did everyone a favor by not pricing the car at $14,000.00. He said you'd be crazy to pass it up at $11,000.00. Boy is he wrong, blue book price is WELL BELOW $12,000.00 for GREAT condition. Thank the maker I did not buy this car, as I would have been a FOOL to buy it even at $8500- 9k. This place is a ripp and I challenge every dealer in the building to try and find a reason a smart buyer would pick this car up at $11,000.00. F you guys I hope you go bankrupt. I wished they had a zero star option. Samantha in internet sales was cool, but the rest of you that work there are dirty.
