I've had many, much better rooms for half the price. I reserved a king suite. They gave me a tiny king room. If you want to use the good wifi you have to pay for it. The restaurant is ridiculously expensive for decent food. I don't mind paying ridiculous prices for ridiculously good food. But $25 for a cheeseburger that wasn't even half as good as Red Robin... No thanks.

This hotel and their staff were absolutely wonderful. We stayed January 6th through the 10th. The hotel was so clean and inviting. While checking in we mentioned it was our anniversary. We had left the hotel and when we came back they had left a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries along with a hand written note. The next morning we wanted to order breakfast in bed but we had forgot to leave the note on our door so when we called they told us breakfast was over but they would ask the chef and they called us backing to take our order! It was one of the best hotels we have had to stay at. Anything we asked for they were able to provide and would also call to make sure everything was up to our standards! Highly recommended.

Absolutely accommodating in every way. All the staff of all the sorts were, including the people at the front to help you wheel in your bags and park for you if you want, to the hosts checking you in, to the house keepers, to even the IT. The only reason I give it four instead of a five is because the bed was not that great, and we had to ask for another blanket, as all our bed included upfront was two sheets (one was possibly heavier... maybe... not much if it was) and a really weird, oddly loose mattress pad. It was probably a Minnesotan preference type thing. Also, the TV didn't work at first, which is why we encountered the maintenance within the first twenty minutes, but stuff happens, and everything can't always be perfect. He came up to our room immediately after we called and fixed it promptly. Not a big deal. The jets didn't work in the main hot tub, which was a bummer and did annoy me. That seems to be a every single hotel that I stay at type of thing, so, whatever I guess. I can name ten times as many examples of why it was a great hotel versus inadequate (the room service and their consistent quickness and pleasant attitudes, the food and it's presentation, the visual aspect of the hotel in general, the many services they offer, the view from our window, allllll the staff as I mentioned before, the cucumber water at the front, the clear, sweet but really scary when you're afraid of heights elevator, the parking, the smell in the hallway, the Pokemon....), but I won't waste any more of your time aside from saying it was a wonderful stay and we'll probably be staying there next time we visit! :)

I'm a regular visitor to Denver, CO. (1-week, every 90-days). I have stayed at a small handfuls of hotels in Denver and started stopped shopping after I stayed here. The breakfast is perfect, the coffee is outstanding. The rooms are clean and free of smells, with a comfortable layout. Couch, 2 sinks, fridge, desk, and couch with a footrest. Starbucks Coffee is sold in the lobby and there is small, but full, bar. There is also a strip of great restaurants across the parking lot: sushi, large sports bar, 2 great burger and sandwich joints, and a full size Starbucks. Highly recommended for any visit to Denver.

Super accommodating! I was there for a conference and needed to warm up breakfast I brought from home. I asked to be pointed to a microwave and they took it to warm it up! Nice meeting rooms and a wonderful lunch. They even made an extra vegetarian plate that my coworker needed.

Beautiful building with an amazing lobby. The rooms were new clean and spacious. Our rate included a buffet breakfast which was one of the best of any restaurants I have had brunch at.

Service was great. Nice, clean hotel. Attended an annual event that I've attended for several years. Refreshing to see that so much of the staff has been there for years. One area for improvement, they really need to either fix the parking garage system or get rid of paid parking. It's so frustrating getting out of the garage and it happens every time.
