Amazing hotel and incredible staff. We took our 1 year old to dinner. They were so accommodating and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone.

My husband is a Hyatt diamond member, and we had some points so we decided to stay here while my son and I were visiting. We reserved 2 double beds on a high floor in a quiet room. We got there at 3:30 PM, and our room was not available. That is not ok. So she offered a king with a pullout couch. We took it because we were tired and just wanted to check in and relax a little bit before dinner. The room was ok, big king bed, semi-nice views on the 6th floor. We stopped by front desk after coming back from dinner to request pillow for my son, and it never showed. Luckily, we had free breakfast because of our diamond status because I would have been very disappointed if we had to pay. The buffet is $19, but its the same buffet we've had for free at the Hyatt House down the street. I ordered the eggs Benedict, and my eggs were overcooked. The smoothie was ok. Service was good though. We didn't go back the second morning. Also, the next day, we had to call for housekeeping after we came back at 4 PM and our room was still not clean. Our coffee was not refilled either, I had to find a cart to ask for it in the morning. Very disappointing. And why is there a parking fee? $12 self park and the gate remained open all weekend. Also, we requested late check out so we stayed in our room until four, but they cut our free wifi at 2:30! There were a few things that I like about the hotel, we had our own router in our room, gym has good, adequate equipment, the ping pong table, and service at the front desk. But its not enough to go back for another stay.

Clean and updated rooms. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Warning: the hotel is located in a corporate park, if you wil rely on Uber or Lyft to take you there, the GPS gets the drivers confused and delays may happen.

It's really nice and modern on the outside which I loved. The actual rooms have a really outdated decor, but they're really clean and well maintained. They have one of the cleanest beds I've ever slept on (for a hotel). They also provide you with a travel size toothpaste (which most hotels don't) and I liked that they left me a bag with new toiletries and clean towels on my door handle when I left the privacy sign on the door. I've rarely had a hotel do this. Usually the to service will ignore your room completely if you leave the privacy on. It's also a asking distance to a few shops, pubs, and restaurants, which is nice. I only give it 4 stars because the room decor is outdated, but I would highly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional front desk staff - the employee I interacted with was not only impatient, but had the audacity to tell me to "shut up and stop talking" before laughing at me and saying she didn't have to talk to me anymore. Passport status doesn't seem to matter here, they appear to treat all paying guests as an inconvenience.

Attended the Red Wagon ball for CASA. Event was well catered and drinks were plentiful. The food was a bit bland but they're serving 500+ people so understandable. Overall great experience and the hotel did a marvelous job.

The rooms are very small and the smallest I've ever been in for the price! I felt like I was in a closet. No complimentary water. I get better service and treatment at the Homestead Suites including meals! On top of that, they charged me for my room and double charged my client who had given a credit card in advance. It has taken almost a week to get my money refunded! Ridiculous. Very disappointing! Not a pleasant experience at all.

Nothing to complain about, so that is a 4 star for me. We got a group discount for a wedding. The rates on the door were ridiculous. $480 a night for premium, whatever than means. We paid WAY less than that. The pool looked nice but we didn't find time for it. The room was fine. Pretty typical for a $110 a night motel where I'm used to staying. I would NEVER pay 480 for this.
