Extremely unprofessional front desk staff - the employee I interacted with was not only impatient, but had the audacity to tell me to "shut up and stop talking" before laughing at me and saying she didn't have to talk to me anymore. Passport status doesn't seem to matter here, they appear to treat all paying guests as an inconvenience.

The rooms are very small and the smallest I've ever been in for the price! I felt like I was in a closet. No complimentary water. I get better service and treatment at the Homestead Suites including meals! On top of that, they charged me for my room and double charged my client who had given a credit card in advance. It has taken almost a week to get my money refunded! Ridiculous. Very disappointing! Not a pleasant experience at all.

Nothing to complain about, so that is a 4 star for me. We got a group discount for a wedding. The rates on the door were ridiculous. $480 a night for premium, whatever than means. We paid WAY less than that. The pool looked nice but we didn't find time for it. The room was fine. Pretty typical for a $110 a night motel where I'm used to staying. I would NEVER pay 480 for this.

Very clean hotel. Service people are awesome. The pool and gym was alays clean. The jacuzzi wasn't working but the pool is heated and indoors So we didn't need the jacuzzi. The sauna Is small fit about 4 people. But no one use it so we enjoy it. There is a kid zone with games and tv. Fruit water in all the areas. The room service was prompt. The food at the restaurant was a bit expensive 99$ for 3 people no drinks. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel and a minI store. The place enforce 10pm to 8am quiet hours so families can rest. The rooms have basic cable TV, internet and parking included in your price. The only downside is that the rooms have no microwave oven. I really enjoy my stay with my family.

We had so many problems at this hotel. Broken tv, rotting food in frig. from previous guests that filled room with stench. Had to change rooms. Tv in new room broken. Took 4 more phone calls & visits from engineer to fix. Each fix required 20 minute wait for tv software reset while we're in our night clothes waiting to watch a movie & trying to celebrate our anniversary. Manager accompanied engineer looked angry & like she'd rather be anywhere else. Room was so hot that we had to call front desk in middle of night. Too hot to sleep & my spouse is always cold but was hot too. AC kept kicking off because thermostat is right under vent where cold air blows directly on it causing it to kick off too quickly so cool air didn't reach us. Had to get a fan. Feather Pillows stuck us so we asked for foam pillows. The foam pillows they left us were so flat that I've had pancakes at IHOP that were thicker. Self parking a looong walk to reach. On & on the problems went. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It's really nice and modern on the outside which I loved. The actual rooms have a really outdated decor, but they're really clean and well maintained. They have one of the cleanest beds I've ever slept on (for a hotel). They also provide you with a travel size toothpaste (which most hotels don't) and I liked that they left me a bag with new toiletries and clean towels on my door handle when I left the privacy sign on the door. I've rarely had a hotel do this. Usually the to service will ignore your room completely if you leave the privacy on. It's also a asking distance to a few shops, pubs, and restaurants, which is nice. I only give it 4 stars because the room decor is outdated, but I would highly recommend.

The hotel was updated and clean and I liked that theymake an effort to conserve their resources. They gave a nice restaurant and bar on the 2nd floor. The staff were all very accommodating and courteous. They also have free appetizer vouchers for a bar pretty close to the restaurant.
