Tony Melendez helped us. We love our car and before we got it he took the time to explain everything about the car with all the features it had. I love my car and I love their service. Also we were able to talk to him in our own native language. I actually recommended him to family members and they are gonna come see him. Thanks for helping me get into a reliable car.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! The first time we went there we told them what we where looking for, that we wanted to buy that day, and that we where paying cash. They guy first lit a cig right in front of us (I despise smoking) and then just kept leaving and was no where to be found! Once we finally found the car we wanted (took hours because we kept having to hunt down the salesman) the negotiation took just as long. CASH people, there was no reason for the delay. They kept trying to get us to finance - NO NO NO!!! We got up and left after a couple of hours of going back in forth, the sales manager caught us outside and said they would give us free oil changes on the car for a year and lifetime car washes for the family if we did the deal. Deal. 2 hours later we final closed. The car washes are a joke - I took my car in once, won't waste my time on that again, they don't clean the inside and the outside didn't look better at all! Today we brought the car in for the oil change and guess what...no information related to the free oil changes! DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

This place is run by a bunch of unprofessional people in suits. I can't believe a premium brand like Acura is dealing with these guys. They'll promise you any price that you offer by phone/email just to get you in the dealership and then will totally do a bait and switch. They have no respect for others time and just want foot traffic in the dealership. I emailed my offer which was promptly agreed to. I even called before getting there just to confirm they'll honor the price I quoted. After doing the test drive they won't even want to talk about what they agreed for. If you think my offer is too low then why the hell can you not let me know before I get there? Absolutely terrible dealership. If you are going to shell out 40k for a car, buy it from a dealer who can stand by their words and have some professional integrity.

This was my very first time buying a car by myself, I've always had my father go with me to make sure I'm making a smart purchase, especially when buying a used vehicle. From the moment I walked into Mac Churchill, I felt at ease. Ped was my salesman, and he truly listened to everything I said I wanted and didn't want, he didn't pressure me at all, the first car I test drove (2013 Acura ILX) I fell in love with it, Ped nailed it on the head. Next was the negotiations and they can be quite dreadful, but once again, awesome experience! Zero complaints from me, like I said Ped heard everything I said and made it happen! Last part is the finance piece, and for the car and my credit score, I think I got a great deal! About a week and a half later I get a call from Ped, they had found me a better rate and bank and asked if I could come sign the paperwork. I will recommend Mac Churchill to anyone I know in the market for a new car, matter of fact a close friend of mine bought a car from Mac Churchill the very next day after I bought mine. I'm absolutely pleased with my whole experience and I'm in love with my car!! Thank you so much Ped for all your hard work and dedication to make your customers happy!! April A.

Big Thanks to our salesman, Thai for making my first car buying experience a very pleasant one! The helpful and friendly service we received from Thai was wonderful. He was not pushy, he was polite and very knowledgeable. Never rushed us into a decision. Even followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was good. Great customer service! The task of car shopping was intimidating for me, but everyone at this dealership - from the sales to the service to the finance departments and the overall atmosphere - was so welcoming and comfortable and happy. My entire experience was fantastic. Victor was my primary sales rep, and he made me feel safe and supported - which I deeply appreciated because I was alone in a foreign city, and this was my very first experience buying a car by myself. The lobby was cool and easy to hang out in (clean, spacious, comfy seats, cappuccinos, and flat screen TVs). Everywhere I went I saw smiles and productivity. Victor and Jim worked hard to find cars for me to test drive that were in my very limited price range in the style I was looking for. And they totally succeeded! I'm so happy about my purchase! My car is perfect for me, it actually exceeds my expectations. I came in nervous and thinking I'd never be able to find or afford what I wanted, but everyone seriously made my dreams come true. And made the process absolutely bearable. Thank you thank you thank you!

Horrible customer service on every level. They place ads for cash cars, then when you get there, they tell you they are no good and will probably have trouble passing inspection. So we decided to get a better car for our daughter and test drove an altima. It looked decent enough, though it was dark and the car was filthy. They gave us a price and we offered a thousand less and they jumped on it. Should have been a red flag forus. The salesman kept bringing his manager over, which we found annoying. This process is so very slow as well. While waiting for financing, our salesman told us the car wouldn't be ready to the next day because it needed to be inspected. But they would get it cleaned up and gassed up for us. Finished financing, but didn't get any paper work! We figured we'd get it when we got the car.... Got a text saying it would be ready by 5pm. It was not. Apparently the car needed another repair. So it would be the next day. And the finance guy supposedly mailed out our Paperwork. Didn't feel right at all. We asked for a loaner car so both of us wouldn't have to come back the third time. Again, this took forever! They finally brought around the loaner and then asked for a credit card. For what? They say in case of damages. Well, let's go look at this car and make sure it doesn't have any damages now. Wow, dirty and scratched up with a dent in the front of the hood. No way am I giving my credit card! Spoke with a manager and was finally able to leave. But, the gas light came on as soon as we left! Fast forward to the next day. Go to get the car, they tell me it's ready and they'll just clean it real quick. Hour and a half later, they bring it around. Now that is clean (and not very well) I can see the dings and scratches clearly. Worse than I could have imagined. I asked for a copy of the inspection, and he tells me he didn't know if he could legally give me a copy and he'd find out when the service guy got back. What? Ok. Well, did you fill it up? No! Their gas pump is broken. It was so empty, I was worried I'd run out of gas with my grandson. I went straight to the gas station and noticed the driver's window didn't work! And the button to adjust the mirrors was missing! There was just a hole. It wasn't like that when I test drove it. Called the salesman, blah blah blah he'll talk to such and such and call me back. No call back from anyone. No Paperwork for the car or the warranty. Avoid this dealership. They are masters of bait and switch, high pressure selling, and in my opinion lack morals as human beings.
