Demetric Cole (Service Advisor) was great and patient with my questions. My previous experiences had not been so well and took nearly two hours just for an oil change. The prices are too high for an oil change and makes you wonder if you're getting the same service when they send the $9.99 coupon for the regular price of $54 (which also includes the 21-Point Inspection).

Horrible Experience!! Let me start By just saying wasted A lot of time and Gas for nothing. Came in to purchase A vehicle, everything was set and Done since the night before so I'm expecting to come in the next Day to just come Get the vehicle. The whole day before coming in I kept calling checking on status of vehicle and I got told the vehicle was still available. So I get off work and go Ahead and come in Ready to take the car Home and right about when everything is going to get finalized I get told Another sales Guy sold the car to another customer? Really guys? Do you guys have no communication and respect ?!!! I could of saved A lot of time and Gas. Let me remind you I was coming from Denton. If I could give 0 stars honestly you guys would of earned it completely. This place is pathetic. I should of stayed away from reading the other Reviews!

The finance dept. was amazing. I had some credit problems and they took good care of me. Joe Norman was my finance guy. He got me a great deal on my financing. He explained everything to be before I signed all the papers. He was nice and took of my finance needs. My last car had ac problems. He hooked me up with Acura care. you'll need to go see Joe!

Sales guys get a Five star (Toni Coons and James Hass along with the Finance Colt) One of our better experiences with a dealership, we went in knowing what we wanted and Toni Coons and James Haas knew where the vehicles where with what we wanted. Thanks guys for a hassle free event. Wife is really happy with her new MDX AWD; great pricing and what I wanted for her. Getting accessories added soon for Me.

I scheduled an appointment to see a car they had listed. They called and texted throughout the day to confirm the appointment. I assume that if we have an appointment the car is available and ready for a test drive. NOPE the car was "sold". If it was sold I should have been told that. They just wanted me to drive up there to try and hard sell me. This was deceiving and this organization lacks integrity. I will NEVER even consider looking at any car listed here. If they can't be honest about whether they have a car available or not, what else are they going to try and hide under the rug?

AVOID THIS COMPANY. We drove five hours to Fort Worth to look at a vehicle they didn't actually have. We ended up buying a used vehicle and once we got home we promptly called back about some issues we had with our purchase. We got the run around. So and so will get back to you. Well, after calling the GM and our finance person multiple times, and emailing them both, we NEVER received a response. They are money hungry businessmen who could care less about you after you leave the lot. If I could give zero stars, I would. I see that the GM writes generic responses, so maybe this way I can at least get a little attention brought to our situation!

My husband and I were recently looking for a pre-owned SUV within the scope of our budget that met a few specifications and were having a difficult time finding what we were looking for. When I found our vehicle at Mac Churchill, we went that evening to talk to a salesperson. Travis Willis, the salesman that we were assigned to, was so personable and patient with us. We arrived only an hour before the dealership closed, but the staff made sure that we were taken care of. Our credit is not the greatest, so we were concerned with interest rates and finance options, but Travis and his manager were able to get us very close to the monthly payment amount that we can afford. The sales and finance staff made the car buying process much easier than past car buying experiences, and I definitely will go back to them next time I need a vehicle. I highly recommend seeing Travis Willis and his team at Mac Churchill Acura for your Pre-Owned Auto Purchasing needs!

Probably the most satisfying thing about driving an Acura TL is a smooth ride. and better than that is the gentleman on the service drive who greets you. Good Mid Morning Sir How may I assist you! First impression is always a plus well groomed, mannered & with a friendly attitude. John Tijerina was very helpful in the service provided. Within minutes a diagnostic test was ran. Problem was likely a loose seal on our gas cap, causing a loss of pressure in the gas tank. The fix was fast and simple. Thank you, Mr. Tijerina for making our day brighter with your assistance.
