After not wanting to settle on a car until I found a place willing to not only give me the price I wanted, but also a place that treated me well. I finally bought a car here. Really pleased with the car buying experience! Thanks to John Thompson for being a great salesman and being easy to talk to!

I scheduled an appointment to see a car they had listed. They called and texted throughout the day to confirm the appointment. I assume that if we have an appointment the car is available and ready for a test drive. NOPE the car was "sold". If it was sold I should have been told that. They just wanted me to drive up there to try and hard sell me. This was deceiving and this organization lacks integrity. I will NEVER even consider looking at any car listed here. If they can't be honest about whether they have a car available or not, what else are they going to try and hide under the rug?

(This place is a nightmare that I have to deal with now!) Over a year ago I walked into used cars to trade in my dodge truck for a Bmw. At the time I thought it was a great deal, easy process, and out the door. Probably six months after the trade in I saw the employee who financed my Bmw. I approached him as if we were on good terms to say hello. His reaction was putting his hand on to his waist like he had a pistol on him. Telling me to get lost. Just last week I took my car in to get appraised at a well known dealership. I never looked at the car fax like an idiot! Turns out the car was totaled and air bags deployed. The vehicle wasn't even worth half of the loan!!! Not to mention I've been paying on it over a year!!!! Now it makes since why that employee acted the way he did when I saw him. They sold me the Bmw as if it was brand new and nothing was wrong with it. I feel so embarrassed and all my hard earned money is going to this loan that I thought was actually the price of the vehicle. As anyone would do I went back to Mac Churchill to make things right. We tried to do so but it was so sketchy with them! They weren't telling me all in's and out's. They wanted me to get a more expensive car and put down 10k!!!!! The entire experience was awful. Please listen do not go to these people. They have lost my business and trust! They obviously do not want customers to return. You have been warned

Go See Victor Alakwa. You will be happy you did. I have never enjoyed the car buying experience but this by far was my most positive. I called the dealership from Atlanta after finding a pre-owned Acura TL online that I wanted. The color combination of black and parchment with the technology package was tough to find in my area. When I contacted the dealership, they connected me with Victor. Victor worked with me from the beginning to the end to get this car. This deal took a week to finish because it was totally done by fax and Fedex and Victor was attentive and patient throughout the process. He called me often to make sure we received all that we needed. He even stayed late on the night that the shipping company came to get the car from the dealership for delivery and called early the next day to make sure the car was delivered. It was as clean as he promised it would be. Victor treated me not like a customer but like a family member. I appreciate that kind of experience and would recommend him to anyone buying a car.

Demetric Cole (Service Advisor) was great and patient with my questions. My previous experiences had not been so well and took nearly two hours just for an oil change. The prices are too high for an oil change and makes you wonder if you're getting the same service when they send the $9.99 coupon for the regular price of $54 (which also includes the 21-Point Inspection).

Horrible Experience!! Let me start By just saying wasted A lot of time and Gas for nothing. Came in to purchase A vehicle, everything was set and Done since the night before so I'm expecting to come in the next Day to just come Get the vehicle. The whole day before coming in I kept calling checking on status of vehicle and I got told the vehicle was still available. So I get off work and go Ahead and come in Ready to take the car Home and right about when everything is going to get finalized I get told Another sales Guy sold the car to another customer? Really guys? Do you guys have no communication and respect ?!!! I could of saved A lot of time and Gas. Let me remind you I was coming from Denton. If I could give 0 stars honestly you guys would of earned it completely. This place is pathetic. I should of stayed away from reading the other Reviews!

I will start off saying that I set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation using a Groupon. I paid $20, but they have the same offer on the dealership website. I called and set up an appointment for 2:15 on a Tuesday. After I arrived, I was told it would take about an hour, which I was fine with. It ended up taking over 2 hours before they even started to work on my car. Shortly after they started, I was told they couldn't remove my oil pan drain bolt as it was damaged. I was told if they completed the oil change and couldn't reinstall it, I would have to pay ~$600 to $700 for repairs. I told them I would have someone else look at it, and I would like my car back. After another 30 minutes waiting to get my car back, they came back and said it was not a problem after all and they could complete the job without a problem. After nearly 3.5 hours, I was told everything was complete and took my car home. I never received an explanation of what changed that allowed them to complete my oil change without any problem, and I never received any apology for the ridiculous wait time. Unfortunately it wasn't until I got home that I realized they DID NOT rotate my tires as the technician stated they would do (and I paid for) when they pulled my car in. We could tell it wasn't done because two of my tires have a unique cut in the tread, and each remained in the same location. So, even with a Groupon, after waiting 3.5 hours and NOT receiving all of the services I paid for, I feel this place is definitely not worth going to. I would not recommend. On a positive note, they were pretty nice as they screwed me over.

NOW- Even though my initial experience may not have a favorable one, it turned out to be. Mr. Nick Cox not only said that he would fix the issue that I was having, but he made it happen. He drove all the way from Fort Worth to Farmers Branch to bring me a loaner car. I felt very angry and hurt by the way I was treat by this dealership, BUT Mr. Cox asked me to trust him and give him an opportunity to make me a happy customer and did just that. Furthermore, he did not entreat me so much like a customer, but a friend. By all means, purchase your next Acura here. When you get there, just ask for Mr. Nick Cox; I PROMISE, he will take special good care of you and he will not be satisfied until you are satisfied. It is people like him that gives the car buying experience a good name. Thanks again, my friend, Mr. Nick Cox. I am able to sleep at night now. You are definitely a Godsend. Blessings to you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THEN - Some of the people at this dealership have no integrity. I rated them one star, because there is nothing below a -0. I say "AMEN" to EVERY negative review posted. The deal was deceptive from jump. I am taking this further. Daniel, God don't like ugly! You may have gotten along thus far, but you will not keep getting away. Your deceitfulness will soon find you out. Not only do you not care about the customers, but your care even lesser about your co-workers. I am reporting this dealership with every fiber of my being. Stay tuned! Mr. Joe Norman, I still say you are a man of true honest and integrity. Mr. Brooks, please come and pick up your piece of car from my home and leave my checks!!!! Daniel, you need prayer in the worst way. Whatsoever a man sows, he shall reap the same!!!
