I had an amazing experience at Mac Churchill!! I worked with Trent as my salesman and he was amazing. Totally understood what I wanted and helped me get into a new car with payments I can afford. The whole staff was very accommodating and all had amazing customer service skills. I haven't had the best experiences in the past with dealerships with being taken advantage of and ripped off. I definitely didn't feel that way here. I will definitely be recommending Mac Churchill to all my friends and family and let them know of the great experience I had here!!!

After not wanting to settle on a car until I found a place willing to not only give me the price I wanted, but also a place that treated me well. I finally bought a car here. Really pleased with the car buying experience! Thanks to John Thompson for being a great salesman and being easy to talk to!

I purchased my 2012 Cadillac SRX at your dealership on June 9, 2015. I am writing you this email to let you know that I am dissatisfied and very disappointed with the integrity of one of your sales consultant. I along with my mother and godmother traveled over 800 miles and 8 plus hrs round trip to look at and purchase this Cadillac. Once upon arrival at the dealership I inspected the vehicle. I had the Car Fax in my hand and everything checked out EXCEPT one thing, the front drivers side tire "wheel cap" was damaged. I let the sales consultant Jason Reid aware of this. He told me that it might have been curb checked. This brought concern to me because I was not sure if the rim and tire might be damaged also. I let him know this damage was not listed on the Car Fax and he reassured my mother, godmother and I that it was very easy to replace and was just a "wheel cover" and the rim was not involved. I repeatedly told Jason about the "wheel cover" as well as my mom and godmother throughout the car buying process. He reassured us again that it was a "wheel cover" and could be replaced easily and was not very expensive. We even tried to see if the "wheel cover" could be fixed at your shop before we left but we were told that those parts were not available to you. I can not even count how many times we brought this to his attention, we even mentioned this to the finance gentleman thinking we would get somewhere but he informed me that was not his department and to mention this to Jason. Let's flash forward to a week ago when I order the "wheel cover" and to my VERY big surprise when I arrive at the Cadillac dealership to have it fixed that it is not a "wheel cover" that needs to be replaced but the rim! Needless to say I felt embarrassed because it was apparent that I had just bought this car and here I am thinking it's one thing and the mechanic is telling me it is a totally different situation. The mechanic even stated that he could not believe the car was sold to me like this. What really is disappointing to me is that we were lied to repeatedly about this. Somewhere from when the Cadillac was bought at auction to when it arrived at your dealership this damage happened to the vehicle but it was not noted in the Car Fax. I feel that there is someway to resolve this where both parties are satisfied. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Worst car buying experience I've had. I'll admit, I purposely went in looking for a deal (I even emailed back and forth with my salesperson in advance to see if they were willing to negotiate price), so I expecting some haggling. Turns out the salespeople will not only haggle to get a sale, but they'll also deceive and attempt to sneak things past you without disclosure. After attempting to leave multiple times and arguing with the sales manager (yes, he got overly irritated and argued with me about his opinion on my trade in), they pulled out a car "they didn't know they had on the lot". It was the color & options I wanted. They explained over and over they were limited on price because this was a CPO (certified pre-owned) vehicle and that certification was a $2,000 value.. I bought the pitch and we came to a deal. When reviewing paperwork, they handed me a million papers to sign, one of which put me on A 9.6% INTEREST RATE! Over 720 credit scores on all 3 major credit bureaus and I get this kind of a loan? I don't think so.. I tell them I'll get financing elsewhere and come back later. They immediately drop it to 3.6%. Clearly had my best interest in mind with a poor attempt at trying to sneak something that must increase their profit... At this point my girlfriend and I are so annoyed we just want to leave, when they put us in the back room where a lady tries to push their extended warranty on us. We declined over and over- she would not drop it. Kept pushing and pushing and pushing...and pushing... It was very uncomfortable. To make matters even worse, the car was dirty when I left, the battery had to be replaced within 60 days and to top it off THE TORQUE CONVERTER WAS BAD. This is no simple repair and there's NO way they didn't know it was bad when doing an inspection, it is obvious something is wrong when the car stutters when accelerating. I had to go to a different Acura dealership to get it replaced! So much for a Certified Vehicle, right? The experience was poor when purchasing and it was poor after I bought the car when I couldn't get any attention after the sale was made. I have worked in sales for years, so was able to identify the sleazy tactics they tried to pull. If you're not familiar with this kind of salesmanship, you'll get taken advantage of. I would NOT recommend to friends or family and will certainly NOT return for business. Other Acura dealerships in DFW have given me fantastic service when taking in my car to clean up Mac Churchill's mess.

They worked really hard to find me the car I loved instead of getting me in one I just liked. My sales consultant Pedram Registry was great. He skipped lunch and walked the lot numerous times with me to find the perfect car in the Texas summer heat! He made sure I got want I wanted down to the floor mats. Great selection of pre-owned Acuras & I'm so happy with mine. My advice would be to pay attention to the numbers. They will switch them around to make you think you are getting a great deal only to add things back in as "finance charge" on top of your interest. Also confusing you about your trade in & where those numbers show. Don't trust them to answer finance questions honestly. Just another dealership trying to make money everywhere they can. That's why I give it 3 stars... You can't trust any of them these days.

Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life. Just a bunch of crooked sales people that try to run your credit score as soon as you walk through the door and before they'll even take you to look at a vehicle. Then they try to sell you on a piece of junk that's way over priced. And once they've made the sale they act like you don't exist and move on to someone else to cheat out of their money. And all the sales people are backed by just as crooked desk managers like Mike Mata. Tried to go to him with a complaint and waited over an hour for him to come talk to me. I must've told 6 different sales people that I was waiting for him as they went into the tinted room and after they all came back out they all had the same response. "He'll be right out". Needless to say he never came out. It wasn't until I went to his boss that I got a sit down with him and I regretted it. Mike Mata is extremely unprofessional. He barely made eye contact during the conversation, made excuses for the lies his salesmen told instead of taking responsibility and handling the situation and he kept calling me "bro". I would never recommend anyone go to mac Churchill acura. And If you do, make sure they don't run your credit until you're sure you're going to buy something and are ready to process the loan paperwork because they'll do everything they can to run it whether your buying or not and they'll swear that it wont hurt your credit and that It'll show up as a soft inquiry on your credit...WRONG. Mine came up as a hard inquiry and I'm still trying to fight it.
