After not wanting to settle on a car until I found a place willing to not only give me the price I wanted, but also a place that treated me well. I finally bought a car here. Really pleased with the car buying experience! Thanks to John Thompson for being a great salesman and being easy to talk to!

Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life. Just a bunch of crooked sales people that try to run your credit score as soon as you walk through the door and before they'll even take you to look at a vehicle. Then they try to sell you on a piece of junk that's way over priced. And once they've made the sale they act like you don't exist and move on to someone else to cheat out of their money. And all the sales people are backed by just as crooked desk managers like Mike Mata. Tried to go to him with a complaint and waited over an hour for him to come talk to me. I must've told 6 different sales people that I was waiting for him as they went into the tinted room and after they all came back out they all had the same response. "He'll be right out". Needless to say he never came out. It wasn't until I went to his boss that I got a sit down with him and I regretted it. Mike Mata is extremely unprofessional. He barely made eye contact during the conversation, made excuses for the lies his salesmen told instead of taking responsibility and handling the situation and he kept calling me "bro". I would never recommend anyone go to mac Churchill acura. And If you do, make sure they don't run your credit until you're sure you're going to buy something and are ready to process the loan paperwork because they'll do everything they can to run it whether your buying or not and they'll swear that it wont hurt your credit and that It'll show up as a soft inquiry on your credit...WRONG. Mine came up as a hard inquiry and I'm still trying to fight it.

Demetric Cole (Service Advisor) was great and patient with my questions. My previous experiences had not been so well and took nearly two hours just for an oil change. The prices are too high for an oil change and makes you wonder if you're getting the same service when they send the $9.99 coupon for the regular price of $54 (which also includes the 21-Point Inspection).

I had an amazing experience at Mac Churchill!! I worked with Trent as my salesman and he was amazing. Totally understood what I wanted and helped me get into a new car with payments I can afford. The whole staff was very accommodating and all had amazing customer service skills. I haven't had the best experiences in the past with dealerships with being taken advantage of and ripped off. I definitely didn't feel that way here. I will definitely be recommending Mac Churchill to all my friends and family and let them know of the great experience I had here!!!

Excellent customer service; knowledgeable of policies and procedures with the car buying / selling industry; great asset to your team. Promote immediately to the next level. Professional and interpersonal skills are above reproach.

Fail #1: While at the dealership I got wrapped into office politics between Jeremy Anderson and David Diamond. The commission on my purchase was going be divided. Next time keep that behind closed doors and don't take it out on your customers. Fail #2: I purchased a 2009 TLX SH-AWD preowned vehicle. A few days after purchase the check airbag light came on. I called Jeremy and he notified me that I could also have called David - remember the commission problem. I had my wife take it in the following weekend but being a weekend it was to busy and she was brushed off to bring it during the week. I finally took it myself and after waiting 2 hours and being bounced around between David Diamond, Jeremy Anderson, and Paul Garrett they finally told me that I bought it as is and they couldn't do anything. As the customer I feel that the OBDII Malfunction Indicator Light indicators were masked as I got the error code a few days after purchasing the vehicle and spent 20ish days believing you guys might want to correct it. To Buyers: What do I plan to do different next time - if "direct to consumers" and "self driving cars" have not made car dealerships obsolete? * Ask to test drive the car for a few days, remember that after settling at a dollar amount they send you to finance to extract even more cash on warranties, % point increases on interest, and taxes. * Find a more forward thinking car dealership avoiding the old school sales approach and prrovides some type of warranty built in. (why else buy it at a dealership) * Avoid Mac Churchill Acura
