The finance dept. was amazing. I had some credit problems and they took good care of me. Joe Norman was my finance guy. He got me a great deal on my financing. He explained everything to be before I signed all the papers. He was nice and took of my finance needs. My last car had ac problems. He hooked me up with Acura care. you'll need to go see Joe!

I had a GREAT experience with Mac Churchill Acura. Raffe, my salesman and Mr. Brooks, the Sales Manager both did an outstanding job. Buying a Car can be stressful and highly irritating. However, these two guys know their stuff and got the job done. I would definitely recommend them for your next Auto Purchase and I will definitely come back there next year to buy my daughter's car when she turns 16.

I used to not like taking my car into the dealership for maintenance until I met an awesome mechanic name Sous. For many years, I never understood why the service area would tell me I needed this and that but they will never actually show me and explain in detail what was wrong and why it was needed. Like most people, I felt like all they wanted was money. One day, I was in and recommended to change something (i cannot recall exactly what it was). Sous actually took the time to show and explain to me what and why it was needed. I was actually able to SEE the problem versus just being verbally told. My car is now driving awesome without any noises and I LOVE IT! I thank Sous and recommended him to anyone and everyone. He is very professional and anytime I plan to be there, I will definitely be calling ahead of time to see if he is working.

I would highly recommend buying your used car at Mac Churchill Acura. Please ask for Raffie. He did an outstanding job helping me and my Granddaughter Desiree, In purchasing her first car. Raffie went above and beyond to find her a car within her budget. He was very helpful and patient as we did ask a lot of questions. He took the time to explain any and everything we needed explained. It is a vey scary time when a 2 year old goes to buy her first car. Raffie made sure we, (especially) Desiree was comfortable and knowledgeable about everything involved. The finance department made sure Desiree was happy with her finances with the car. This is a very caring dealership. Raffie, thank you for making this a Very Positive first car buying experience.

I'm not the one to leave reviews. But I have to do it when I had such a great service there. Sales department was great. I bought a used car, and I was worried about my APR. They told me the business department was working hard to get me the best rate they can. Ray Reyes was my finance guy. He showed me exactly how to get the best APR possible. He made the entire process easy. I have bought several cars before, and I have never went through a finance process that was this easy ever before. He gave me an extended warranty, and lowered my payments by 15$, and gave me a much lower APR. IAm extremely happy with my purchase, and the service, and respect I received for doing business with them. They deserve better than just a 5 star. I am bringing everyone I know to buy cars here. You should too!

Bought my very first car today!! Got the Acura TLX 2015 fully load for a great deal today. I want to thank Mike Luong for assisting me and help guide me through the process. He actually wants to help you find the car that you want for a great deal. Unlike other dealership he does not push or haggle you. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

My boyfriends car was needing a little service with his car, so we took his car into this Acura dealership for service. While he was getting his car serviced, we looked around at the cars. Sous was helping us the whole time. He did an OUTSTANDING job. He answered all of our questions and showed us around looking at the Acura car. Not only did they do a great job with my boyfriends car, but I have told many other people about their service and their cars and their excellent customer service. When you go ask for Sous. He did an Awesome job helping us looking and answering all of our questions for buying an Acura!

Horrible experience worst of my life I got here at 10 I had a appointment to see a specific car I was there for a long time an I pulled out my wallet an they saw 9,000 grand cash an saw I was serious an they were available to show me that car in less then 2 minutes after that but in total it took them 40 minutes to show me that car then once the car came out it was in the worst condition ever the leather seats looked like they were attacked torn up every were not just one seat but every single one the mirror on right side was complelty shattered the truck had scratches every they failed to show that online speaking of online the price online was 6500 they told me it was 9,995 in person then I had to leave so I could pick up my daughter at school they ask for your license at the beginning well then after it old them various time I had to leave I was in a hurry an could they give me my license they tried to convince me of buying other cars I repeatedly asked to have my license back but nothing this was the worst experience of not just my car buying life but this is easily in my top 10 worst experience of life do not come to this dealership they treat you horribly unless you look a certain way believe me I wasn't the only person being treated like this other people got there before me an were still waiting even after I was assisted an people who looked well dressed an with money they were being shown there car in less then 10 minutes never coming here again an believe me I will tell every one else never to come here
