Matt is a certified career coach. He helps professionals and students around the country solve their career challenges and find fulfilling work through strategic career planning, management and advisory services. He has advised hundreds of people inside and out of his practice that have successfully established careers, transitioned to new opportunities and industries, or found peace and success in their current situations.
He is an empathetic, results-driven collaborator who combines his expertise, training and real-world experience with strategic techniques and tools to develop customized plans and creative options for his clients. Matt brings those same skills to the classroom as an Adjunct Professor teaching career planning and management at Suffolk University.
Matt is an intuitive, innovative champion of people; a real ENFP. His style is interactive, flexible, supportive, qualitative and quantitative. He is unabashedly passionate about his career and genuinely invested in the success and happiness of the people he works with.
Prior to starting his career coaching practice, Matt spent more than a decade as a strategic marketing manager and consultant for industry-leaders including Genzyme, Partners Healthcare and Pioneer Investments. He is credentialed by the World Coach Institute as Certified Career Coach and Certified Professional Coach. He earned his MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University and his BS in Business Management from Boston University.
