SO MUCH FUN! My family and I usually vacation at another indoor water park, but this year we wanted to go someplace closer to home. I had booked our stay prior to reading other review, and after I read them, I'll admit I was nervous, as most of the other reviews weren't that great. However, I'm wondering if we were even at the same park?? Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. (we had 2 adjoining rooms). Not many 'rides' for adults, but hey, it's a waterpark and we were there for our 4 kids and had a blast, even the 15 yo. Family friendly, fun and clean! We had to call the front desk once b/c our 5 yo locked the bathroom door, and the maintenance man came right away! Within 10 mins. It was a great time! I highly recommend purchasing the breakfast buffet for the next day, because if you pay for it separately it's a little pricey I think ($15 per person). 4.5 / 5 STARS FOR SURE! =)

Just want to say that I booked the room for the 31st of Dec 2013 for my son's 14th Birthday.. After looking at the previous negative reviews, I was getting nervous as to why I booked it. Well, I have to say that I am very happy that we did go. Service was great, hotel was spotless the workers was polite and friendly. At the water park they had enough lifeguards and the workers was very attentive. I would recomend this place to anyone. I would love to make this an every year New Year's send off.. Thank you for making this a nice experience for me and my family.

I just got home after spending the day celebrating my daughters 7th Birthday at Coco Keys with my family & friends who consisted of two children a 7 yr old & 10 yr old, Plus 5 Adults including me. I couldn't wait to get home and share my experience. Which was pretty awesome and pleasant. After reading all the mixed reviews I couldn't make up my mind as to wether the trip from NYC was worth it. . They definitely where steering me the wrong direction.. If it wasn't for my nagging 7 year old who spent months counting down the day to our visit I wouldn't of attended. I even went as far as calling to see if I could get a refund for my tickets. But I am glad I wasn't able to, because we sincerely had a great time. The amusement is definitely geared towards younger children. So if you are an adult expecting to get a Dorney Park Or Spish Splash scale type of park, then I can tell you right now it isn't. Is it worth saying at the hotel overnight? I wouldn't think so to be honest Unless you are really tiered and want to rest. But you can pretty much be there by 11 am and be tired and ready to go by 5 pm (Like us) lol. Would it be worth the full price? Truly it all depends on the experience the park wasn't big enough I think to have paid so much but since it was for a birthday I wouldn't of minded BUT I used military discount so i didnt have to pay full price. The biggest part which is like a big wet playground in the middle with small water slides for kids & dumping buckets of water is pretty cool. The lazy river is nothing but lazy with all the kids bumping around but we didn't mind, & the slides they are 3 you reach them by going up the same set of stairs. they have a little water basketball section next to the lazy river which was good till not so pleasant ppl arrived right before we left. The top floor has a kiddie sections but really for babies & tots. The lifeguards & staff where your typical younger/ teen workers but they where very attentive especially the lifeguards. We got a pie of pizza wasn't the best but filled the stomachs till we left. I didn't have any drinks so I have no opinion. I see where a lot of the reviewers might of said oh it is dirty or floating diaper that. When we arrived there at 11 it was spotless, every time we visited the bathroom till maybe right before we where getting dressed to leave is when larger parties came in & not so pleasant ones at that & I started to see the mess starting to build up. The staff was very attentive and was on top of it but its only so much 2 hands can do & it wasn't there fault. The arcade is no Dave & Buster but with 20$ My daughter and her friend Covered 90% of what they had to offer so money wise its pretty ok.. but by that time the "unpleasant" kids where there they where taking the balls and throwing it to one another, chasing eachother around. So my advice would be to come EARLY....not because of the amount of ppl in the park but to avoid what most of the Bad reviews have experienced which I was so lucky to have not. I would happily return.

ROACHES....I had a package deal to bring my 4 grandsons overnight and have breakfast with Santa. We went Friday 12/20/2013. The hotel front desk gave me the wrist bands to get into CoCo Keys water park. Saturday morning my grandson lost his wrist band. CoCo Keys said I had to get another from the front desk of hotel. They said I had to pay full price 35.00 to get another wrist band. I said this was unexceptable. I ask for a manager and they sent me back to CoCo Keys water resort. Finally the manager gave me another wrist band. The main concern I had was that I saw ROACHES in the water park. In the 5 hours we spent at the water park I had seen 4 roaches. This tells me it's infested. I will be calling and complaining to the hotel and water park.

Friendly staff, the water park is a great distraction for the kids. Don't order breakfast to your room... Super expensive. Almost seventy bucks just for 3 people.... Get the breakfast package much cheaper. I would also like to sea a lifeguard stationed at the outside pool. I've read the other reviews saying it wasn't clean... However I thought the place was extremely clean and didn't see any bugs at all. Overall a good time for the money.
